I blew out a voltage regulator on my…

I blew out a voltage regulator on my Onan generator I ordered a voltage regulator from any RV parts and the part that came in work but it didn't exactly match up to my system I called Wes and he was nothing short of excellent customer service I would highly recommend getting any parts from them not only did he have the part I need it sent out that day but also ate the difference in the higher price to accommodate me these guys are incredible do not hesitate to order whatever you need from them.Mike Mancuso

THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM...Ordered a part for my rv. After no response from them about shipping, I decided to cancel my order. No response, phone message center says the messages are full. Can't get any kind of response from them. Buyer beware. Luckily I'm only out $40.

Poor customer service, false advertising

The one star is appropriate. As Trustpilot notes it means Bad - unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. I have had only one transaction with Any RV Parts and unfortunately it was a very negative experience. I urgently needed a water pump for my rig and ordered it on a Thursday. They advertised priority overnight saturday delivery (and charged for it) but shipped my part late next business day to arrive on Monday. So had a major delay installing a critical part. No apologies, no shipping charge refund, and my interactions with their staff via phone and email has made it clear customer service is not their priority. Even when presented with confirmation emails and screen shots noting the Saturday delivery they refused to refund the shipping charge and wanted me to pay to have the part uninstalled and shipped back to them to get any sort of refund. Really disappointing!
