Too many hoops to jump through
We are a tax exempt organization and I reached out with the exact same documentation as another site and it wasn’t good enough for Anthem. I will not use them again.

I purchased a chair rack for our gym and the rack came with missing pieces. Once Anthem found out they made sure to get the missing pieces sent immediately. I was very impressed with the time and energy the put into making sure my purchase was perfect!

Size Issue
I ran into a small issue while placing my order, the size guide for one pair of ice skates was missing some important information. Nicole took the time to contact the manufacturer and confirm the correct sizing. That not only helped me but will also benefit others moving forward.What might seem like a minor detail was actually a bigger deal than it appears. It would have been easy to overlook and brush me off, but the extra effort and follow-through made all the difference.I’m really looking forward to getting my son out on the ice now and working with this this company in the future.
