Customer service is trash. If you want to talk to a person it’s a 6 hour wait time. The product quality is trash. Sure it works great when it’s first bought but will not hold up over time. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to replace cameras every couple years. Their warranty speaks volumes about their product. Save yourself some money and buy something else.
This is my 2nd post here, this time to draw attention to the total lack of communications from Anran.You will see multiple 1 star posts here, where Anran replies by recommending contact with anran support for resolution. But support @ anran - cctv never replies, so problems can never be resolved.Emails are unanswered, the US and UK telephone numbers are always busy and on-line help says they will connect you with a senior adviser who never connects.
I purchased a replacement camera for the front of my house, thought I would change brands big, mistake should have stayed with brand that stopped working it was a few years old, this Anran is terrible, goes very slow and goes green, doesn't film half of the night, my other before it broke captured everything, contacted Anran for refund, been told its my wi fi funny it worked on other camera no buffering no going slow or green, still waiting for refund trying everything to fob me off, AVOID
I Purchased an outdoor security camera in December it was so easy to set up and the results are outstanding. Yesterday I recharged the battery and when I come to use it it wouldn't work. Contacted Anran support they were right back at me with advice to get it up an running again. I quickly realised the issue of it not working was down to me I had done something stupid. After i took the advice and made some quick adjustments the camera was up and running in no time. Can't recommend ANRAN enough they were fantastic this is definitely the company to purchase your cameras from. Well done ANRANIan
I bought four cameras from their website it took almost a month to get them in and then after 2 weeks of having them one camera lost its night vision and does not work. Contacted tech support at anran 3 months ago and still have not received a replacement warranty camera. They have stopped answering my emails so now I am flooding the internet and social media about this ordeal. Stay away from this company.
My Anran Q3 camera is no longer recording only after a year of use. I have contacted customer service, they promised to help for almost 2 months. Never got any replacement under warranty or a refund. This chinese company cannot be trusted.
Camera keeps going offline and can only be reset by physically holding reset button.Waste of money, don’t bother
Blurry camera's and no alternative for replacement!Camera system is only 2+ years old and already discontinued with no option for spares or any upgrades!Customer service not even interested in trying to help rectify this problem at all. Although the cctv system I have originally worked well with extremely hard to understand and implement instructions on operation and installation, it's failed on 4 of my 8 camera's! The failing camera's have become blurry even though I have regularly cleaned them. (They don't appear to hold up well in the weather - especially in direct sunlight! Now it appears as though I have to replace my whole system as ANRAN have discontinued the product with no alternative options. So no compatible camera's to replace the faulty one's!
On the box it said me micro mini .. they lied you have to have subscription to record etc!!! I’m demanding refund!!!!!!!!
I have a four camera solar powered Anran security camera system with PTZ. I was pleased with the performance of those cameras so I elected to purchase a fifth PTZ camera. It is standalone and must be powered by direct wiring. You can use the same ARCCTV app to view events. The added features are fantastic. It provides constant recording, and will track movement within the targeted zone. The camera will track any movement within the target zone, and after the movement or activity is no longer in view, the camera will return to the targeted zone. The audio quality is not the greatest, but the picture quality is very good and I really like the tracking feature. I have three camera systems and I’ve tried many others, including Arlo blink, ring, and other high-end commercial cameras. For the price this is a tremendous value.
I bought 2 of these cameras and it was a big waste of money. The wireless range is appauling and the signal is weak no matter where you put them. They constantly crash and stop recording, I have formatted the memory cards multiple times and changed cards. All they want to do is force you to subscribe to their monthly fee. They have now changed is so even when the card is working it will only save 3 days worth of footage. These are a massive scam!!!

I bought 4 new Anran Q3 Security wifi Cameras from an Amazon seller. The cameras were easy to set up and are great. What I really wanted to comment about is the customer service from Anran themselves. This is excellent! I have had cause to email them 2 or 3 times over the last year - they have always responded in double quick time and have been really helpful. It is good to know that they are there and will help you with any questions or queries and give good advice.Top service 😎
Takes forever to load if it even does. Cant watch anything real time just sits there and loads. Cant watch history because the same thing. The cameras are less them 40feet from my wifi router plus a bandwidth extender there probably less then 15feet away. Doesn't matter if im in the same wifi range or at work they just load and load and load. I bought 2 at first then bought 2 more as a back up. We'll all for are trash absolutely garbage. Detects when it wants to sets off for the clouds rolling over my truck but not when the wife gets home...God I can go on and on about how bad these are. Really wish I wouldn't have bought 4 and went with something else. 100% over 100% would recommend any other brand out there then this garbage.
These are the worst products that you can buy. These cameras are worthless and their service is the shit of Service ever and plus it’s like a scam. Do not buy anything from these people.
Have a camera with solar back up and can't fault it at all adjustments via settings to my needs have had a few expensive sets and easily on par with quality and cost so much better
It's a lower-priced camera. Judging by its price, I give it 2 stars. Don't expect too much. The camera detects movement after a few seconds. If you walk quickly, it detects nothing at all. The helpdesk tries to help, but without results. I bought this via Aliexpress and was able to return everything within the stated time.
This was a gift. It will see hubby when he gets in from work but NEVER anyone else. I get Amazon deliveries, workers at my house, family stopping by and NO PICS OR VIEDO. Don't need to know when we are home we know that! Frustrating! Not just today but for the past 2 years....
Worst customer service ever not replacing there peace of junk that will not charge after 3 weeks also it's a China base company that doesn't care about you and what product from there cheap manufacturing facilities don't buy anything from this company you will get stuck with junk
I ordered there solar camera from Ebay absolutely shocking it doesn't charge of the solar panel drops of the Internet all the time there customer service is useless all they say is take it down and charge it and reset it mi e gave up completely and wouldn't even charge anymore and this was only after having it two weeks stay well away from these cheap cameras
