I entered a contract with AMZ Kindle Direct Publishing to convert my new novel into an audiobook. They completed this task but needed frequent guidance and direction from me. They then offered to market the audiobook as well as the print version for an additional fee. I reviewed their samples, and the fee seemed reasonable. After the audiobook was accepted by ACX and went live on Amazon in late October 2024, I saw some posts promoting my novel on Facebook and Instagram but saw no orders. I suggested some changes to their posts that would make it easier for viewers to click on the link to buy the book, but these suggestions were ignored.
Now, this company has disappeared from Facebook and Messenger, and I am no longer able to contact them. As of this writing, December 4, 2024, I have had 0 orders following AMZ's marketing efforts.
I do notice two new publishing/marketing companies with similar names now advertising on Facebook. I would be very leery of them.

Well for starters the project manager is a man of his word! What he told me he would do he did it within a 2 week period. He has been so patient and explained much as I am a first time author.
