They help me get to the bottom of a loan I had back in 2004 that kept me from getting one with them.. with their help I cleared that up and they were able to help me.. Was a little disappointed though with only getting $50.00
My experience at Amscot was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a first-time applicant, I expected at least basic courtesy and organization, but instead I was left standing there for 45 minutes to an hour while the associates continuously helped people who walked in after me and answered phone calls.At one point, an associate literally walked away from me mid-conversation to answer the phone. Not only that, but the second associate who started helping me asked the exact same questions the first one had already asked before she walked away which shows there was zero communication between staff.There was no acknowledgment of my time, no apology for the wait, and no effort to prioritize the customer physically standing in front of them. It felt disorganized, dismissive, and honestly disrespectful.For a financial service company that deals with people’s money and personal information, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care. Very disappointing first experience.
I wish I remembered her name but she was extremely helpful and walked me through all the steps. I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

I am not a visitor to Amscot all of the time, but the couple times that I have visited the employee Tywana has always been professional, friendly and she responds to all matters with integrity. I know that she is in the right role because she is truly an expert in Customer Service. I shout her out today because she deserves this rating and so much more. Keep up the great job Tywana
