I’ve been shopping online @Ammunition Depot for the past 6-10 months. They have excellent deals, superior customer service. My orders arrive on time and they are quick to respond and make things right if there are any issues with an order or their website. I highly recommend them for anyone needing good ammo at a low price. I’ve used both new and reman with equally great results. I can’t tell which I’m shooting!
Bought 3000 rounds of 9mm. It came in.
The person who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He took care of my issue quickly and did exactly as promised.
Purchase was fine until a friend noticed a discrepancy with my order via a screenshot I took for his recommendation. Title says 100 rds of ammo, but description says 200rds. Because it was a Black Friday deal the website was updated thus the discrepancy deleted, but I just happened to have keep that screenshot. Customer Service says (in so many words) the title is what you get. I'm not in to arguing, so they sent me a $10 gift card for the 100rds I'm short. And to think, I was just about to spend another $300+ for more stuff that I needed based on my satisfaction with what I had received. Won't be buying from them again and my neighbor says he's dropping them also.
This is my 3rd purchase. I have no issues so far.I figured someone else might check, and youll see they are awesome.

800 rounds($147 worth) of my order was stolen during shipping. Jeff at Customer Service answered the phone, spoke English, and actually works there. These are all things not to be taken for granted in this day and age. I told him about the missing portion of my order, and he advised me to take pictures of the damaged package, the delivered items, and the shipping labels, and to give a description of the events as I knew them. He advised that he would put in a claim with UPS and that they normally take a week or two to process the claim, and that he would expect them to reimburse Ammunition Depot for the missing portion, and that they would replace it. With no further communication from me, Ammunition Depot shipped me the missing portion of my order at no cost to me. It arrived 11 days after I notified them of the missing portion. I could not be happier with the customer service, as I had not opted to insure my order and thought I might just be out of luck. Ammunition Depot frequently has sales with phenomenal prices and even promotions of free shipping on heavy orders, but the customer service has cemented my loyalty to them to fill my ammunition needs in the future.

The chat option help me get a better understanding of when to expect my order.I have been ordering from Ammunition depoit for a few years and all ammo and calibers work as expected. I have gotten much much much of their Reload’s, they all go bang and cycle in Glock, smith , H&k, Kimber, EEA. They all eat it up. Am very pleased with Ammunition Depot but I need to slow down because I don’t know if I will ever shoot what I have.
