The customer service that I received in a call was very good . Blake, who is my representative spoke very clearly and and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I enjoyed working with him and I have no complaints.

Excellent help in continuing in resolving an issue with a creditor and their lawyer. Americor /Global shows paid on their ledger. Lawyer for BofA says not paid after 4 conversations with them with 24 days elapsed .

My rep Garrett was amazing!!! Everything was explained perfectly, clear and concise. He walked me through every step and found an amazing solution to my needs! The whole process was easy to understand. While there are some things that will affect my credit, it's TEMPORARY and he uses the term"trust the process" which ironically is a term I live by. This plan is going to help me get through the remnants of my divorce and back on track sooner and financially healthier in the long run 😊😊😊

They collected $3000 from me over several months -Paid ONE account a grand total of $100-credited me back $600 and change for a total of $2300 in "FEES"-THAT is stealing! Next is talking to my state attorney's office-Wish me luck!
