American Landscape Structures was great to work with from the first call through the installation. Everyone I worked with was responsive, accurate and very professional. Then after installation, the follow-up was great. I highly recommend them for your projects. Not just a great company with a great product but very competitively priced.
The staff at American Landscape Structures was very easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would do. They made everything super easy, guided us through the process, made changes to the blueprints, checked up on us, and had our pavilion built within 2 days. The carpenters worked very hard, long days. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build an outdoor structure. We love ours! Thank you!
Perfect Pavilion, perfect experience. From the first day we we started planning until today, the day the structure was built, there has been an open line of communication, this company makes it easy to plan and build the perfect structure, professional staff, pricing is good, quality craftmanship is stellar and the warranty is amazing! From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with and were entirely fair, upfront and competitive with all of their prices. They offered amazing advice throughout the process, worked with my contractor to determine the right size for our project and even revised the design to accommodate us. The install team did great work and I could not be happier with the finished project. Would recommend with conficence.
American Landscape Structures were recommended by my contractor as I was looking for a pavilion for my new poolscape. Throughout the process, the team was transparent, constantly in communication on options, deliverable dates, etc., and answered every one of my questions. We had a last minute inspection issue and they were able to adjust the install date to accommodate without me having to wait any extra time. The install went very smoothly. The crew worked straight through beating the expected thunderstorm and finished the job in the timeframe they said it would be done. Pavilion looks amazing as the centerpiece to the entire project and I could not be happier. Highly recommend this company.
We had ALS quote, build, and install a pavilion for us. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. The pavilion was built in the factory on time and delivered to the site where the build crew put it together in one day! The pavilion was 16x22 and they were done before 5pm. Amazing work!!
For starters, Kari London was great to work with during the quoting process. She gave us all the information we needed in order to pick out exactly the right pavilion to fit our needs. We got a 14' x 16' vinyl A-frame pavilion with a metal roof and 8" square posts. It is attractive and well engineered. My boys and I were able to put it together, but could have used a 4th person due to the weight of the beams. The metal roof cap was about 12" too short and we are waiting for a short piece to be sent. Marcus in the shop answered a couple of questions for me quickly and effectively. Overall, everyone was great to work with. We are very pleased with our new pavilion! Thanks - Greg

We are extremely pleased with the design, quality, durability, stability, and appearance of our 14' x 18' pavilion. The team that built it on site arrived bright and early in the morning and completed the project by late afternoon. They were knowledgeable, skilled, and very efficient. Choosing the design and options was very easy for us. Our only recommendation for improvement is to be a bit more responsive and careful with requests for permit-related documentation. We eventually got everything we needed, although it took several email exchanges. But overall, we are extremely satisfied, and would easily recommend American Landscape Structures (in fact, we already have).
Our subdivision bought the 20x40 pavilion. The process was excellent and the structure is outstanding. We are very pleased with the service and quality of the product that we received. Would highly recommend this company and it was worth the extra money we spent for this pavilion. Thank you
We just purchased a 12x18 pavillion from American Landscape structures, the entire process was amazing, great price, quality and sound communication. The installation crew was very polite, patient, efficient and cleaned up the work site upon completion of the job. I highly recommend this company and the installation team. Just had our Pavilion installed today and the installers were awesome. We love it and just happened to stumble across American Landscape Structures online while we were shopping around. The price beat anything else that we found anywhere else. The salesmen were great and so patient. Joel Tuscan and Robb Finn were wonderful landscape
Superb install! Team arrived at 7am sharp .. finished our 12’x20’ pavilion in less than 9 hours .. we chose the new stain color, grey .. beautiful color and blends well with the pool and deck area .. highly recommend the electrical package! You will not be disappointed in your purchase!
From planning to installation, the process was a home run. Friendly and knowledge staff that answered all my questions and helped pick the perfect pavilion for my space. Elmer in logistics was great and understanding when I had some delays to push back the install date. The two gentleman who came to install the pavilion on site were friendly and left a clean work site. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We absolutely love our backyard pavilion. It's a perfect match for our house. The workers were dependable and friendly, and did a thorough job.
American Landscape Structures gave us a very good experience from initial contact through the completion of our project. My salesman, Jim, was very helpful. Jim was able to make the changes that we needed late into the process, and was professional in every conversation that we had. He offered good advise, as well as providing all the information we needed to made our decisions. The construction crew that did the onsite construction was also professional, friendly and helpful. They erected our 14 x 24 pavilion in approximately 6 hours. Led by Matt, the crew totally cleaned the area and pavilion when they were finished. Just finished building a high-end 6,000 sq ft new construction home in Long Island...What a nightmare that was!!!.....The ONLY contractor that delivered painless and superb service was American Landscape Structures. Right from the start of the project, Jim Adams was extremely patient and professional at helping us design and put together the most perfect pavilion for our 20' x 20' outdoor kitchen. He even customized it by matching the exact roofing material of our house. The young men that built it were also very quick and professional. They finished the job in a day in a half and did not bother me at all. They came well prepared and were very knowledgeable and respectful! Would use them again in a heartbeat!!! I Love the job they did! :)
We are very pleased with our 12 foot by 16 foot gazebo! What we received was exactly what was depicted on your website. This was a significant purchase to make without actually seeing the product! Overall the product is well built. Despite having a measurement issue when initially delivered, they worked the schedule to get back and make sure it was installed without too much delay. Unless you want to pay for design renderings you have to press the "believe" button and hope you get what you want. Salesman isn't much help with design stuff. Few small quality issues I'm not happy with but overall a quality product.
