They deny all claims submitted from a reputable dealership. I had the finance company that added this warranty call them for expediting my claim. They said it might be covered if I towed my truck to the small truck dealer where I purchased my vehicle. This is 2 hours away from my home. My claim was denied because of rust on the outside of the axil that failed in a rear differential. The splines that failed were inside the rear with oil and no rust inside the rear. I did cancel this scam of a warranty and get the money applied to my loan.

Well i guess i got scammed tried to call them the number has been disconnected ,my car got totaled and i was calling to see if i could transfer coverage when i get another car or get a refund for the years that are left on my warranty ,guess i got scammed !

Bought a transferable extended service…
Bought a transferable extended service warranty in 5/22. I now want to sell the car and warranty. The company cannot be reached despited dozens of attempts (only busy signal), the email of the sales person bounces, and the company website does not work. This company did not reply to Better Business Bureau after getting many customer complaints and got an "F" rating. DO NOT CONSIDER buying anything from this company 100% scam.

This guy called Collin Green stole $2500.00 from me on October 18th, 2023 for an extended until 2024. I wonder if his real name is Colin Green. I had problems with my car and I tried to reach this fake company and I found out, it doesn't exist. This is a scam and I wish I could find Colin😪. I wanna cut off his balls myself. He deserves an electric chair.

I purchased a extended warranty in august of 2021 to the tune of $3,550.00 and when I try and use the warranty no one responds from the website. I am diving deep into this company and finding out they have scammed 100's of people out of their money. I just hired an attorney to pursue this now. I am willing to come out of pocket at this point to press criminal charges for fraud, I have gone as far as reaching out to the FBI fraud department.

Everyone beware but this isn't the only name for these people, there is a list of them look at the BBB for reviews Don't believe Consumer affairs or Trust Pilot. They pay for the services and allow these companies to put false reviews from people that have never put a review up but one and its for the scam companies! All the American's that say auto protect are common scam companies from New York or PA some where. They will try to get you to pay the entire policy upfront that is their tactics.

This is not a legitimate business. I basically gave them 3,000 plus dollars to reach a phone that goes in a loop and an online submission portal that falls into a black hole. Please do not be as gullible as me and read the reviews. Hundreds of people are saying the same thing.

They're a Total Scam, Avoid Them!
Bought their "Platinum" warranty last June, 2021, and now that my Audi Q5 needs a repair, their phone number just runs in a loop with no other way to contact them. Turns out this was a total scam. Not I'm out $2,200 and there's no way to get it back. Avoid them at all costs.

Bought an extended warranty from this company back in February 2022 for a BMW. Gave 1500.00 with monthly deductions taken from bank account. Car is now sitting in the BMW dealer with a problem. The dealer has attempted to contact this company for 2 weeks now by phone and email with absolutely no reply. I tried as well and nothing. I now owe BMW $$$$$ for repairs on the car. Every extension tried says the "mailbox is full". This is a completely bogus, fraudulent company and all of its members should be jailed immediately.

This American First Auto protect company is total fraud, I hope this company someone sued and close immediately and pay big compensation for deceiving lot of people, I had extremely disappointed when my car broke down after more than 1 month and more than 1000 miles after got bumper to bumper warranty, they rejected after went to repair for small oil leak without in reason saying it was written in fine print.Now they block my cell and don't answer or call back, i email them too

American first auto protect crooks
Extended warranty )So I bought a used Discovery sport and I ended finding this company online because the current company I had was to expensive for a LandRover. I've only own the vehicle 1.5 month. The car had 66000 miles when I bought car. I send miles to American First and they said they could cover my car. They wanted me to pay for the entire policy but I don't do that for good reason. So I ask if they had a payment plan he stated yes. So I paid $500 with $80a month. Also waiting period of 1000 miles and a 30 day waiting period on top of that. My last day to wait was the 25th of May. I've had no problems with the vehicle till about a week ago. Notice it was low on coolant no leak detected the first day, so I filled it up. on the 3rd day I noticed coolant on my driveway SO I took a look and found leak coming from radiator. I called American First to let them know and the guy states to just take car to my preferred mechanic and they can work with them, So I do. Now today they still have not approved my repairs and I need my car. I've been on hold with them for about 1.5 hours today just waiting on them to tell me what the hold up is. Also they charged twice in one month on top of this. This company is charging me twice a month and not approving my repairs. Not sure what is going on. I have a feeling they are trying to deny my claim why does it take a week to approve a claim. They say it takes 24 hours but they have it since last week on Wednesday. I'm still on hold reaching 2 hours! case number is 17451120 at BBB. UPDATE!! they never came back to the phone left me on hold for 3 hours Great Customer service!!Update so I was right they denied my claim and called preexisting? Also they got on the phone e screaming that I was being inconsiderate. So I yelled back. What a kevin! Come to find out it was a welding joint that had broken and they call that preexisting. Buy Beware and look at their BBB rating its an FFFFFF if I can save some one some money o hope this helps. They don't pay claims they put them as preexisting even if you just bought the car 2 days prior to adding warranty.

These people will straight out lie
These people will straight out lie to you. Salesman Colin sold me a policy, I cancelled it after I saw the contract contained so many spelling and grammatical errors that there is no way someone who spoke English wrote it. I couldn't believe a company would actually give this to a potential customer to review. Colin said the full refund would be processed within 3-5 business days, it has now been 7 business days and no refund still. I have been on hold with accounting for over 25 minutes now.

This company took my money last July for extended warranty. I never had a problem until I needed to use the warranty. When I attempted to file a claim, my dealer told me that only one item would be covered. I tried to get someone on the phone to show them that the item that was denied should be covered based on the coverage list I viewed before purchasing the warranty. No one was willing to listen. I eventually told them to cancel the coverage and they said they would refund the prorated difference. To this day I haven't received a check. I called, and called, and called, about the check until they eventually started hanging up on me. 3 months later and I still haven't received my check for over $2644.00. I chose this company because they were referred to me by consumer affairs. Because of that I thought how I could I have been so wrong. I decided to do some digging after the fact, only to find out they are one of the absolute worse out there. It appears I will never get this money back and I have just been added to a long line of victims who have been taken by this company. STAY AWAY. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. YOU CANNOT TRUST A WORD THAT THEY SAY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSY. Here is what you can do if you were taken. File a complaint with the Attorney General's office in NY. 1-518-776-2307Above is the phone number you can call and ask for the claims form you will nee to file a claim with the NY Attorney General's office.
