Very honest and insightful help as I made a difficult choice. There are few places to purchase retro diner tables/chairs and I am forever grateful American Chairs helped me make achieve my perfect kitchen!

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. The person who answered the phone was dismissive and lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. It felt like there was no interest in helping or resolving my concern. Very disappointing.

Estimated date of delivery was much shorter than stated at the time of my order. All packaging was sturdy and items were all in new condition. All communication regarding order and shipping was well done. The table, chairs, stools I ordered are great. Thank you American Chairs.
Renee sent me samples of the different vinyl and plastic laminate that I was interested in. Very knowledgeable about what colors go with what. Brad would text me after hours when I had a question and wasn’t expecting an email back until that Monday. He was very knowledgeable as well. Gail emailed me the tracking number link so I could follow the dining set as it got closer to my house. Great customer service! Thank you, American chairs!

The stools were exactly what I wanted. Love the color.
Stool is very sturdy and compliments the area where it is now used. The seat is not as comfortable as I thought it should be, but I am sure that I can make it better with a form-fitting pillow.
Brad was always so helpful with all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about all the products . They have top notch furniture, very well constructed. They cost a little more but well worth the price.

Had to replace the tabletop of my Dinette 3 times. The laminate top is not scratch resistant and came with many streaks across it as well as streaks underneath it (even after I took the clear film off) that I couldn't get out. I sent an email to B at American Chairs about it, but nothing was done. My table legs arrived falling out of the box and scratched up at bottoms. My requests for replacement were ignored. Awful to do business with. Terrible Company. I recently ordered a chair that arrived damaged Naugahyde was singed and chrome was burnt brown on one side. Leg gliders were cheap white plastic which is different from the chrome ones of the other chairs. Sent it back December 28 and I got my refund of $418 (which I had to chase after by calling) on January 20, 2026.Don't believe all the positive reviews- look on bottom or press one-star (they are hidden)
