Exceptional Customer Care for a Non-Sale/Customer!

I rang ALM to enquire about parts for my Challenge/Argos lawnmower that won't start and I thought the battery was probably the issue. The gentleman (should have asked for his name) patiently went through a 10 minute check on what could be causing the issue. I was incredibly impressed particularly as the battery issue was ruled out within the first minute of the call which shut down any sales opportunity. Highly recommend ALM's excellent customer service.

Purchased strimmer today 02/09/23All well & good until the poxy diagram showing how to adjust head angle does'nt show HOW to move it?? AFTER SALES SUPPORT LINE greets you with automated MAILBOX FULL??? What sort of service is that?? Complete cretins

I purchased a lawnmover from argos and…

I purchased a lawnmover from argos and I have a 2 year manufacturer warranty for my Mc Gregor lawnmower. Argos gave me a telephone no to contact ALM however there is no one answering to that telephone number. I tried calling for the past 2 weeks every day

Contacted company as they deal with customers enquiries regarding the Rhyno garden strimmer from The Range. Fantastic service from this company, good concise advice and even sent out parts.
