Jonathan and Oleg were knowledgable and professional. Thoroughly communicated in advance to plan a tour covering all the normal sites plus special ones we requested. Spent time studying history unique to our requested stops and knew general New York histories and facts that made the tour exciting and interesting.
Excellent support from Tonya and her team! I'm working with an important new client, and the guests are first time visitors to NYC. They kept me informed daily and were kind enough to send pictures of the group that I was able to share with my client.
