No one I have spoken to or tried to leave a message for has contacted me back concerning my mail not being forwarded to me as per my agreement/contract. After not getting anywhwere I cancelled my office after 4 months of terrible service but was told there is a 6 month minimum an my rental. So there lack of service has cost me money. Please read the fine print in your contractbefore you sign. Sales tem is responsive but after you sign you will get nowhere with any concerns. BEWARE.

Alliance Virtual Office-Dissappointed
I am working with Alliance Virtual Offices with little success. My office address, per what I am being told, can be used. However, my mail setup is still pending after 48 hrs. (UPDATE: It finally was approved after 3 days which is longer than their 1-2 days.) This is starting to feel more of a hoax that a professional business. I have signed with virtual mail for 6 months to test Alliance Virtual Offices. I would have setup a physical office space as well if the virtual mail went well; but they blew that client opportunity.

Terrible Experience!
I am a small non-profit and thought this would be the perfect solution for us. Unfortunately, it's been a huge headache. No one is ever in the office to receive packages. On multiple occasions I've stopped by my office location to find a stack of mail or packages left unsecured with NO ONE in the office. FEDEX and AMAZON called me multiple times after attempting to make a delivery to say there's no one in the office and they didn't feel comfortable leaving a package or mail. I've sent multiple emails and made multiple calls to the Alliance corporate office for help. In their initial response, they suggested we move to a different office location - because the company they contracted to run my current office location wasn't doing their job well. That is not a solution to the problem. It's also not an easy option for a small non-profit. We paid for services that we are not receiving. I have repeatedly emailed and called Alliance and I have not received any more help or follow up. Not only is their customer service a disappointment, the local company they contracted to run their virtual office in Rockville, MD is never there - and there is no accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I had a great experience . I booked the office the same day, I used the app. In under 10 minutes I had found an office , paid and booked it. In 45 minutes everything was confirmed. The room was ready, clean, the receptionist was very nice and helpful , the Internet was fast. I will definitely book again through Alliance !

Amazing Service Quick Responses!While trying to set up training in Kona, HI for our new hires, our first 2 plans fell through for unforeseen circumstances that were out of our control. Friday afternoon, I did a quick google search for meeting spaces in Kona and found Alliance Virtual Offices and their reviews were all raving about how great their experiences were. Training class was scheduled to start that following Monday. I got on the phone and spoke to a few representatives and they helped me through the process. This is where it gets really good! My heaven sent angel, Lau Garza, contacted me via phone and email as my approvals were coming in. Training confirmed for 2 weeks in a location of our preference, all done within the hour. The team at Alliance Virtual Offices are well organized, friendly and do a great job connecting me to who I needed and that was Lau. Looking forward to exploring new locations on the other islands!
