Franz is excellent!
Franz is excellent. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. We contacted him in a last minute pinch and he was quick to respond and commit to picking-up our family @the airport late on a holiday evening. His communication was great and he was waiting diligently for us upon arrival. A bonus: his Escalade is brand new and beautiful. I haven't been in a car with so much technology. And, he's installed starlights for special rides (e.g., proms, bachelorette parties, etc.) and turned them on for us as a treat. It was the perfect return from a long trip. I highly recommend Franz @ Allcomfort Limo. ****** (6 stars!)

Mr. Franz is an excellent driver! First and foremost, he is very big on safety you can tell he truly prioritizes making sure his passengers feel secure and comfortable at all times. His hospitality is top-tier, 100%! He provides water and candy for refreshments, which is a great touch. His black truck is also 100% clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend riding with Mr. Franz!

Excellent service
We had three transfers with allcomfort - Franz and Shazia were our drivers - two from JFK to NJ return and one from NJ to NYC (during the snow storm). I cannot recommend them enough. Their efficiency, excellent driving skills through some very bad weather made our journeys smooth ! I can only highly recommend allcomfort for any transfer ! Thank you and see you next time we visit 😊

Best car service in the tri-state area.
We have never had a bad experience with all comfort limo in the past several years that we have been using it. Family run business. Everyone is friendly, courteous, on time and professional. Their fleet of automobiles are excellent. Highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend
Everything from booking to completing my round trip was amazing. Booking and dispatch are extremely responsive. My driver Franz had amazing communication leading up to my trip. Reached out to provide contact details. Car was clean. He even had yummy candies, great holiday music for me and navigated around heavy traffic in a professional manner. My ride was enjoyable and I felt comfortable and safe as a women fragile several hours in the car service. Thank you Franz and All Comfort Limo!

Never Yellow Cabbing Again!
WOW! What an end to our trip to NYC. Franz not only drove us to the airport in style but with a tour of some of the most beautiful christmas lights which we had missed. He even threw in a quick stop photo opportunity :) If you are visiting I highly recommend booking with these.

We recently came for a visit to New York to see our daughter and family in early November. We needed transportation up to the Hamptons and back. Both our drivers, Franz and Milo were absolutely the best. Courteous, knowledgeable and on time, every time. And because we weren’t frequent visitors, they gave us lots of local information and insight into the parts of New York we knew nothing about. They were masters of their craft.

I really enjoyed using this service
I really enjoyed using this service. But there was only one thing that bothered me with this service. But I’m definitely gonna use this Service again and not let it bother me. The car was clean and beautiful , the drivers amazing. I had been told amounts up front, the driver and I both knew what to receive and pay after ride was over. We had a concert we went to and had two different drivers. One to drop us off and one to bring us home. They both were very friendly and accommodating. The only problem I had was when it was time to be pick up , we were given a gist of where our driver would be. Which the walk was probably 5-10 mins, but We could not find him. We followed the directions as given. So I called to tell him we can not find him. He sent us a location tracker. We followed the location tracker and it would bring us one way and then turn around and go in a different direction. We let him know we could not get to him because the location tracker he sent us kept changing for some reason. So he decided to drive to us. I did not like that we had to walk late at night the streets of Ny with two young girls. They were scared and saw a lot of things that Ny night life brings. We were walking for over 20 mins and once he decided to find us because we couldn’t find him, it was like another 20-30 mins wait. I know concerts are not easy to be around because of all the people coming out and traffic so I was very understanding that we had to wait to be picked up and I am not sure why we could not find him when we were given a gist where he would be parked. Because we followed the verbal directions we were given in the beginning and then the location tracker which kept changing direction. It was really strange. But I got a message telling me to pay more to the driver because I did not go to him once I was out of concert. Here I was understanding that we could not find him, when we shouldn’t have to walk miles to find him and did everything we were told to do. After explaining to the person who messaged me I have to pay the driver more that this situation is not our fault and we did what we were told and I feel it’s was messed up to have pay more money for something we did how we were told to do, but he was nowhere to be found. Plus I had two scared young girls because we had been walking all over for a while the streets of ny. The person who messaged me told me ok and let it be. I understand he wanted to pay the driver more money for his time but I don’t feel in this situation was our fault when we did what we were told. In the end I did not have to pay more because the guy told me ok. But I paid the driver more money in my tip. I will still use this service and will not let this hiccup change my view. They are a wonderful company, omg very friendly and definitely recommend them. I am just giving an honest review of my experience.

Fantastic Ride to Newark Airport
Franz arrived a few minutes early for my trip from Manhattan to Newark Airport. He readily helped with heavy luggage. The car was immaculate and his driving is meticulous and safe. He is friendly and seems to enjoy what he does which comes across in his good driving! Definitely a winner.

Recent Experience: All Comfort Limousine Service
I used All Comfort Limo recently to pick up My son and my cousin from JFK airport on September 4th, I also used their services to pick me up from the airport on September 5th. The Good: in both pick ups the vehicles were nice and the drivers arrived on time.The Bad: I coordinated the itinerary for these airport pickups with the dispatcher several times prior to the trip and was often asked for the same information over and over again. Which I either emailed or texted over…when I advised AllComfort… I already sent this information over I would receive a blunt response “no you did not”. Then after forwarding the previously submitted information ..indicating the information requested was in fact sent…I would get an apology and confirmation that they have it. 2nd, on the day I made a Zelle payment for my pick up on September 5th… I was advised they did not receive it.. and when I sent the screen shot indicating the date it was sent.. I was advised it was the wrong date for a previous pick up..even though the screen shot clearly showed the correct date. The dispatcher also commented they hope the screen shot with the wrong date was by mistake ? implying that I was purposely sending them proof of payment with an incorrect date. I have spent hundreds of dollars using AllComfort Limousines services and I was offended by that comment, this is no way to treat a customer who does not have to use their services. After some back and forth, AllComfort finally confirmed they received payment. Later that day after having conversations with my son…he showed me a text message exchange between him and the dispatcher on September 4th, clearly …upset that they had to wait for my son to pick up his checked in luggage, my son was flying in From Panama so his phone was not turned on right away ..he was told by the dispatcher that the driver is upset because he could not reach my son….and that “they do too much”…in reference to the things they do for costumers. Why does my son need to know the driver was upset who is working for who here ? Why is the driver upset? it’s his Job to wait on customers….After assessing the two times I have used their services ….it’s clear this company has a customer service problem. They speak to their customers with a lack of respect being abrupt, rude and at times offensive with their comments. It’s safe to say after this last experience I will not be using this company again…I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and it’s clear , I am not a valued customer. I don’t spend my hard earned money with companies that don’t appreciate my business.

Every experience has been perfect
Every experience has been perfect. Pick ups are always on time, vehicles are luxurious, roomy and comfortable. Franz is a careful driver and I always feel safe and comfortable with him behind the wheel. I recommend Allcomfort. It is the finest limo service that I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
