while I originally chose Alignerco because of their great prices, I was delighted to find that they actually have amazing customer service and communication. They are with you throughout the entire process and if they see anything that isn’t working perfectly they immediately solve the problem. Their customer service is always available within minutes, too! Their products are the same high-quality I’ve seen in other aligner brands and their free video session makes your impression process easy. Five stars for sure!

Amazing experience as always. I originally used AllinerCo roughly 3-4 years ago to realign my teeth after years of not wearing my retainers from orthodontic work done in my youth. Now, four years after using their service, I am in need of a new retainer and they are here again to save the day! Even better- now they have night guards!

My top teeth are twisted
My top teeth are twisted, my top plate doesn’t fit correctly and they are asking me for $400 to fix the issue. I have faithfully worn my night aligners every night since the day I received them. Nobody contacted me after emails with photos. I had to call them and then they try to blame me. I’ve done everything the exact way they’ve listed to do. I do not recommend them at all! My teeth look awful and twisted when they were only supposed to correct crowding

BEFORE GETTING A TREATMENT, READ THIS! PAID EXTRA AND NO RESULTS ACHIEVED.
In late 2024, I began treatment with Alignerco. While I did see some improvement after the initial treatment, the results fell short of expectations and the initial projection. I contacted Alignerco support, who suggested a refinement treatment, which I paid extra for, hoping to achieve the projected outcome. However, after completing the refinement treatment, my teeth are in worse condition than after the first treatment. TAKES FOREVER
THIS IS MY 3rd time having to take impressions. The times before that I was on a video call with their “experts” who said they looked perfect. Whenever I go to try on the aligner they send me it “isn’t the right fit” I have had this for MONTHS and have followed all of the instructions perfectly.My treatment has not began yet and I would have never spent the money on this if I knew it would take 5+ months to even START or get my first set of retainersI can’t even give a full review because I haven’t even got to see if the aligners work!
