Scam third party company, reselling tickets.
This site charges a service fee just to take your credit card information and enter it into the official booking site for you. You’ll end up with two charges: one from this company and one from the official site. To avoid unnecessary fees, only purchase through the official site, which you can find directly through the National Park Service. This company’s business model is deceptive and unethical.
I only realised after buying that this wasn't the official site for buying tickets. I think they should make this more clear - but then you wouldn't buy there! Especially as you get charged an extra fee. I was very worried that we wouldn't get tickets - or that our tickets wouldn't work. But at least it all worked ok! The other thing is that on the official site you can make changes to your booking, but you can't here. I did at one stage come across the official site and it had a tour that wasn't available on this site but when I didn't see it, I thought it no longer existed. I would rather have booked that.
This is a scam site. They are on top of the list when you search for tickets but are a scalper. Got charged $32 as a service fee but got no tickets as the site showed ‘error’. Google an official site.
The bathrooms on the fairy were so dirty..horrible. The tour was ok.
Just charged a fee, we didn’t get any tickets. Lost $32
3rd party seller, liar, more expensive and cancel our tickets...Bought the tickets at their website while being at the docks. (30 mins before departure)They emailed me: "We sincerely apologize, the 11:30 AM time is sold out on Monday, December 4. Would 12:00 PM work as an alternative time for your party?"(It was not sold out, we went to the front desk which is a separate company and we got the tickets, so they lied...)They asked if it was okay, and I said:"No, we are at the docks already"Then without further ado they just cancel it: "We have cancelled and voided your pending reservation. If there are any charges to your account, they are only pending and will fall off your account in 1 to 10 business days"So in my frustration, I emailed them back:"What?? We are already here at the docks? How can you sell us tickets and then cancel them? They replied:"Your original time of 11:30 AM had sold out. We offered 12:00 PM, but you replied "No we are at the docks already" so we cancelled your pending reservation."1. They lied about being sold out as we did get tickets at the box office2. They asked us if it was okay that we waited another 30 mins, so 1 hour in total, which we said was not okay, so without any effort in trying to make things work they just cancelled the tickets.3. They are more expensive than if you buy them at the docks, I believe it was about 5-10 dollars more expensive PER TICKET.
Not the official website. Take fees that other websites don't.I tried to buy tickets here and it said that the payment was cancelled. I got charged 64$ of fees but didn't get my tickets.
Take care. This is not an official site. They take fees that will not be charged if you used the official website. Moreover you can not have familly discount with them.
Would give zero stars if possible. Purchased tickets in February of 2020 for tour dates in April unaware of the looming pandemic. I was also unaware of this site NOT BEING THE OFFICIAL SITE, hard lesson to learn. The tour was cancelled about a week before we were scheduled to take it and I received an email about the next steps which included either a refund or rescheduling to a later date. I opted for the refund for obvious reasons and was told it would take about 30 days to reflect in my account. After 30 days, I checked in and was told it may now take up to 60 days to issue a refund due to high volume and less workers as a result of COVID19. I waited 2 months after I was initially told I would be issued a refund and was told it could now take up to 90 DAYS for my refund to process. I’ve given up and decided to never book through this company again. There is a level of disorganization that I don’t appreciate in a pandemic, it should not be this difficult to receive a refund for a service that was never given. I was given refunds within a month of cancellation from other cancelled activities and see no reason as to why it could take up to three months essentially to get a refund while the site is still accepting new bookings for tours later in the year. BUYER BEWARE! Just go through the official site.
Bought tickets online to visit Alcatraz island. They wrote that they had computer problems but expected everything to be fine as we had bought the tickets one week prior to our visit to the island. We were unsure if we had been scammed but received the tickets two days before our visit.
