Whatever Alajwa Travel agent promised was delivered exactly as per contract . We experienced great comfort during our stay in Makkah and Madina for Umrah. We will definitely use their services again.

Usman was amazing he took the time to explain everything and making sure my need were met, he followed up with me constantly to make sure everything was up to satisfactory most of all Ajwa prices was unbeatable by any other agency and trust me I did shop around. I booked with Usman, and he was communicating on time and made sure all my questions were answered. When we got there we had an issue checking in but he replied right away and fixed it for us. I definitely recommend booking with this company if you don’t want the stress or burden of finding a hotel or planning a trip. This is a self guided trip meaning you will not be with a group of people or an imam. Over all I had a good experience so did my family and we will be booking again using Al Ajwa.

I found Al Ajwa Travels online. First, I was hesitant to start with them but after I decided to go with them I don't regret. Usman handled most of our travel logistics and he was very patient and available through out the process. Usman offered us a competitive Umrah package that included tickets, hotel and Ziarat to holy places in Makkah and Madina. I and my mother are very happy and appreciate their assistance. We hope their good work continues.
