We always use Air Park when traveling out of LGA because they are reliable. The staff is friendly and courteous. We never have to wait too long for the shuttle and our car is ready to go.

I've been using Air Park for at least a…
I've been using Air Park for at least a dozen years, mostly out of JFK and Terminal ' B' LAG. So, you know I like you: However, returning to LAG this time I came in on Delta. I was told to go to door 14. This is where I was dropped off leaving. I waited 20 min and saw the A-Park bus pass right by me. when I called, I was then told to go down to where the city bus stops. Please have the dispatcher more clearly state the pick-up point.thanks
