My friends and I flew today forIX1122 RKT to BOM with teary eyes. Thank you to the crew members Diksha,Deepika,Chaitali ans Sneha. They were on duty in such life threatening condition in UAE. They were very kind and generous. We truly touched will their kidness .

Booked a flight to Phuket from India

Booked a flight to Phuket from India, everything paid including seats, 2 days later get a message to say flight rescheduled to different time and advised to book seats again and ask for a refund of previous paid seats! A few days later another message to say flight cancelled. I asked for a full refund and in all the currency conversions lost 40-50 GBP! Absolutely shocking and pathetic service

I travelled from Bangalore to Kozhikode and back in Dec end 2025 and I had a good experience.Mohammad Ashiq and Mamitha helped me do a quick check in with all necessary information and with a smile at Kozhikode airport.

Flight cancelled by AirIndia, no refund, no proper communication

My flight from Delhi to Goa was cancelled by the airline. I've got an official WhatApp Business Account notification from AirIndia Express. I submitted a complaint in the office in Delhi airport. Submitted a complaint online. To which I received an answer that the flight was not cancelled (which is not true), and got no refund, nothing. Avoid. Just book with IndiGo instead.

Complete shambles at Goa airport. Scam. Watch out

Complete shambles at Goa airport. Our boarding passes didn't work, even though we were checked and they had bar codes on them. We were given conflicting instructions from every Air India Express agent we spoke to. Wasted an hour to have the boarding passes re-issued. No explanation as to what the problem was. Not a serious business avoid. I think all this is to catch people out over the 7kg carry on allowance as they weighed even purses and kids backpacks.

GREAT SERVICE

I would like to sincerely appreciate Air India Express Airlines, especially Sai Goud and his entire team, for their truly outstanding service and compassion.I was travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 14th December 2025. My original flight was scheduled for 8:30 AM, but due to an international connection, I reached the Hyderabad airport extremely early—around 2:00 AM—after a long and exhausting journey Vietnam.Understanding my situation and visible fatigue, Sai Goud and his team went above and beyond their duty. They proactively arranged an earlier flight for me at around 6:20 AM, ensuring I could reach Bangalore much sooner. Because of their effort, I landed in Bangalore by 8:30 AM and was home by 9:00 AM.After a long trip and a connecting domestic flight, this gesture made a huge difference to my physical and mental well-being. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received from an airline. The empathy, efficiency, and willingness to help shown by Sai Goud and his team reflect the true spirit of hospitality and professionalism.Thank you, Air India Express, for having such dedicated staff. Experiences like this build immense trust and loyalty. I will always remember this kindness and highly recommend Air India Express to fellow travellers.

We were treated like animals.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of Flight IX136 from Sharjah (SHJ) on 13 December 2025.The scheduled departure time of Flight IX136 was 21:35, however the flight did not depart until after 00:38 in the early hours of the following day, resulting in a delay of more than three hours.Due to this significant delay, I missed my connecting flight IX1737 to Udaipur (UDR). Neither the onboard crew nor the ground staff provided any clear explanation for the delay. Additionally, no adequate assistance or alternative solution was offered. Ground staff limited their response to stating that the cost of the missed flight would be refunded, despite the fact that I was repeatedly assured that I would arrive in time for my connection.Furthermore, no effort was made to prioritize passengers with connecting flights by seating them at the front of the aircraft, nor was any food offered during the prolonged waiting period of over three hours onboard.Given the lack of communication, assistance, and basic passenger care, I am writing here to let the customers know about the service.

Luggage damaged and no compensation…

Luggage damaged and no compensation even after claiming.Very rude and argumentative Air India customer service, no communication skills, never reply to customer's email but closed the claim without compensation and communication.Even the satisfaction survey link sent to me doesn't even work, very intentional as case not solved. Don’t book with Air India Express ever…

I am writing to express my extreme discomfort faced on my flight from Sharjah to Delhi with Mumbai layover (PNR - 8YFR7N) The Sharjah flight was delayed by 1.5hr due to which our connecting flight was missed. Mind you, this flight was missed because the pilot kept waiting for one passenger to board which literally missed the connections of 20+ passengers in Mumbai (this was announced by pilot on board) The staff of AIX was not there and a third party company staff BFS were managing the misconnection. The staff had no knowledge, they were literally begging to air India staff to book the next flight and kept on lying to us and kept extending the next flight. The staff was rude, had no knowledge how to handle the situation. I was calmly waiting for my turn to get the next flight but they only prioritised those who shouted and yelled at them. Finally, I had to yell at them and then they offered me a next flight which was much after my originally scheduled time. There was literally no AIX staff there, this shows such a level of zero ownership. I swear never to book with AIX ever again in future and would advise the same to my friends and family.

Book only for a THIRD WORLD Experience

I recently booked a flight with Air India Express, and what followed was one of the most frustrating travel experiences I’ve ever had. The flight was canceled on the very same day I was supposed to fly, with no prior communication or proper assistance from the airline.Trying to rebook through their so-called “AI chat bot” was a complete nightmare — it kept crashing, looping, and providing no real help. After spending hours of unnecessary stress, I finally managed to secure a flight for the next day.Unfortunately, things got even worse — my luggage was left behind. Not a single apology or acknowledgment from their staff, as if this level of service and negligence is somehow acceptable.Air India Express really needs to rethink how it handles customer care, communication, and basic accountability. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and unwilling to fly with them again.

The worst experience I had with flight…

The worst experience I had with flight companies: I'm in Italy and I paid my ticket online a long time before the flight. They cancelled my flight and they said they sent my money back but I never received anything. I had to pay my flight again with another company. I asked clarifications directly to the New Delhi Airport but nobody solved my problem. I'm still waiting my money back....

Frustrating Experience with Air India Express - No Accountability

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Air India Express. While booking, I manually entered the passenger name correctly. However, due to a system error, the ticket displayed the wrong last name pulled from the account profile. Even after providing proof (including a screenshot of the booking form showing the correct details), the airline refused to acknowledge it as their mistake.Instead of taking responsibility, they insisted on paying cancellation charges and rebooking the ticket. Every agent I spoke to kept repeating the same line: "Please talk to the chatbot, we cannot help with this." This was not only unhelpful but also dismissive of the stress their system caused.This experience is a clear example of how irresponsible Air India Express is when it comes to handling their own errors. A customer should never be forced to bear the cost of mistakes caused by the airline's system. This ordeal has left me questioning whether I would ever fly with them again.

Time and money spoilers

It was good and econmicl.Now its economical only,not good at all.Not keeping the time.Delayed departures,cancellation of flights without any intiations.When we are on the queue for check -in ,they will inform u that ur flight is cancelled.U can reschedule for the next day flight or apply for refund.

ExtremeExtremely Disappointed – Excess Baggage Refund Denied, Baggage Delayed & Items Missingly Disappointed

I recently travelled with Air India from Kuwait (KWI) to Bangalore (BLR).PNR: R2TDGSPassenger Name: George Valerian DsouzaAt Kuwait Airport, I was charged ₹2,962 (10.58 KWD) as excess baggage fee, and was told it would be refunded at the Air India counter in India. However, on arrival at Goa Airport (GOX), no refund was processed despite repeated inquiries.To make matters worse:Goa customs removed a power bank from my baggage and confiscated a duty-free whiskey bottle without any legal explanation or receipt.My baggage was delayed and only delivered a day later at Bangalore Airport (BLR).Upon receiving my bag, I found multiple items missing including chocolates, charging cables, creams, and more.This experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I demand:A refund of ₹2,962 for the excess baggage fee.Compensation for the missing items and the inconvenience caused due to the baggage delay and mismanagement.I have attached payment proof and am waiting for a proper resolution. I have never experienced such heartless, unprofessional, and downright disgraceful behavior from an airline as I have with Air India. Due to a serious medical emergency involving my father’s health, I reached out to them multiple times to request a refund for a ticket that, under any humane policy, should have been refunded without question.Despite explaining the situation clearly and repeatedly, they showed zero compassion or understanding. Not only did they refuse to offer any refund, but they also had the audacity to close the ticket with a message stating that if I write back, they will not read or respond. That kind of dismissive and arrogant attitude is simply inexcusable—especially from a national carrier that claims to uphold Indian values of empathy and respect.Air India clearly does not care about its customers, nor does it have any flexibility or human decency in times of crisis. I will never fly with them again, and I urge others to seriously reconsider before booking with an airline that treats people as nothing more than a booking reference.Shame on Air india.

Do not book with this airlines

I had the worst experience with this Airlines. No matter what happens please dont waste your moneyon this airlines at least. They have the worst service. I booked a ticket with them and my ticket was on 22nd March and the departure time was 21.05pm and I reached the airport by 7:45. I went to the lane for the check in baggage, ohh also I already did my web check in prior 2 days to the date of depaturture and they did not let me in saying the counters are closed. I was single lady travelling and these ppl surely do not care about losing customers and have the worst customer support service. All they know is , we cant do anything. These hypocrites, allowed a man whop had more luggage than me to go inside saying he had web check in earlier, I did the same and had less luggage than the man infront of me and they did not let me go. Asked me to reschedule my flight for next day and they were asking 3k for the rescheduling process. I paid more than 4k earlier for my ticket and I asked for refund but they did not provide me any not even half of it, please dont book with these ppl. Go for a more expensive price or airline but dont waste your money on this airlines coz it will only lead you to disapointment and waste of your hard earned money. There service is too slow and they do not know anything about their own airlines how it works. I was at the check in counter, I spoke to 2 supervisors and they informed that I did not show up only, such liars . I really dont understand for how people still book with them despite majority of Negative reviews.. In my experience, my opinion this Airlines should be closed forever and a strict action must be taken against them for their poor service , and eating up ppl money … Never book with them please ..These ppl really dont mind losing customers and do not value their customers at all ..
