I love this bike. I had an issue with the controller. It was showing errors on the panel, then the lights and horn stopped working. I reached out to Aipas customer service and they sent a new controller which solved all of the issues. I have put over 1000 miles on this bike and am really enjoying the ride. Thanks Aipas bikes.
They sent me a dirt bike with a broken chain, when I contacted customer service they told me we will send you the chain!!! I have the bike with a broken chain and never drove it. Still waiting for the chain and never receive it thinking about returning it!!
The bike is as advertised. Great bike for the prce. I've had it about 10 months. It rides nice and and has good power. I had a few questions and customer service was great. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been riding the Aipas A4 Gentry for a while now and I can honestly say I’m very happy with it. The bike feels solid and well built right out of the box. Assembly was straightforward, and once everything was dialed in, it’s been smooth riding ever since.The motor has great power and accelerates smoothly. Pedal assist feels natural and responsive, and the throttle works well when I need a little extra boost. It handles comfortably on regular roads and does fine on light uneven terrain as well. The ride is stable, and overall it just feels dependable.I also really like the clean design and overall look of the bike. It doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy — it feels like a quality product.If I had to mention one small improvement, I would personally love a slightly larger battery for even more range. That said, the current battery still works well for my typical rides, and I’ve had no issues with performance.Overall, I truly enjoy riding the Aipas A4 Gentry. It’s been reliable, fun, and a great value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, powerful e-bike.

The Ebike we ordered was delivered quickly and easy to assemble. My son loves it. We will be buying another for when my daughter gets a little bigger. These things are fast and smooth. I only wish we had these when I was younger. 5* company for sure.
Great Delivery, Fun First Ride on my M1!Aipas delivered using FedEx, which made for quick and secure delivery.Unboxing took the longer than assembly, which is a good thing. Aipas protected my purchase well. It was well secured, but easy (after cutting the numerous zip ties) to remove the various parts. The M1 is HEAVY, so be aware. Assembly was easy, but I chose to watch a YouTube instead of use their enclosed directions.Draw back are the brakes. Most reviews note that the mechanical brakes are not the best for the size of the bike, which proved true. BUT, I rode 11 miles over fire roads and paved roads with extremely steep climbs. The bike power ate up the hills, no problem. Even at the end of the ride with the battery "showing" low power, the battery still did its job.
Purchased a M2 Pro Max and a C1 around 12/25/25 and it's been a great riding experience. I upgraded my seat to a noseless seat and it is the best seat for us older folks. Very comfortable. Customer service has been great and ensured any questions or concerns were taken care of quickly. Great bike and company to purchased your e‐bikes!
Bought the M2 Pro around Christmas. Shipped well, on time, easy one person assembly (all necessary tools were included) and the manual gave helpful advice, especially on caring for (extending the life) the battery. After 100 plus miles (some off road, mostly on) everything is great, plenty power, speed and battery time.
Great customer service! Very communicative and on point. The rep who helped me was super helpful and found a resolution right away. Also, I LOVE THE BIKES!!!!
My husband placed an order but realized immediately the shipping address was wrong. He canceled the order. They took the payment anyway. He has contacted them and asked for the money back. NO RESPONSE! Next steps will be a complaint registered with the attorney generals office and consumers affairs office.

I ordered a Aipas F3 last april {2025}approximately received ebike 6/25 overall experience was fair to good. Aipas is a online seller only i have not found any dealers around my general area nor state. Receiving purchases is a little slow but they sent everything that i was owed and answered all my concerns via email are Facebook messenger.
Ordered the m2 pro for myself. Arrived on time wasn’t too difficult to put together. Seems like good quality for the money. Put 100 miles on it so far and really enjoy it. Fast fun and a great value. What more can you ask for?
They didn't send me the right part and didn't do anything to fix it! Kept my $129! So now I jave a part I can't use and I'm out $129. This company is disappointing!
I bought the M2 Pro Max a couple of months ago and have already put 150 miles on it. I really enjoy the bike it's everything I was expecting. For the money I would recommend this bike. I hope to put many many more miles on it.😀
