Attended a free class with Agnieszka regarding forgiving myself for past trades and accumulated emotions. It was great! She knows what she is talking about when dealing with emotions, accumulated emotions. Etc. She is highly recommended!
Agnieszka's Trading Mindset Mastery Journey program is a 6-star program. Incredible transformational value not just in trading but something that helps transform your way of understanding the mindset and emotional levers that can trap us or draw us away from having optimal trading performances that we are all capable of. I had recently been on a journey of going through psychology books and other psychology trading courses (expenses I wish I dedicated to but didn't seem to quite find something that really helped me find what could solve how I tick and what emotions possess over my logical brain to make the suboptimal overtrading or revenge trading antics. The Ahead Coach website and mobile app (for on the go video listening or watching) means you can continually be connected and reviewing the material. There are workbooks to complete as well as accountable Discord channels for community access, where Agnieszka herself is also available and regularly logging in to offer tips and respond to us (unlike other programs where responses are intermittent over sometimes weeks or so, delaying any real progress). Agnieszka is attentive and obviously cares about each person that joins and also has such a charismatic supportive style that I would say brightens up anyone's day. There are also various tiered programs too for level of your commitment/seriousness, where you may want to have top level VIP access and bootcamp style white glove connectivity (your personal trading guardian angel so to speak) to help you if that is your goal. What an experience worth multiples of what I have paid. Well done on a great program and thank you Agnieszka for taking such great care of all of us.
If you want to understand more about your trading psychology, Agnieszka is your person. I have read multiple books and even done a 6 month self improvement course, but who really helped me was Agnieszka. She knows what to say and covers a wide range of psychological trading topics.

3 weeks in. I've only had 3 classes, with some work to do in between classes. Now mind you each individual will progress at their own pace and abilities to comprehend, apply, and desire to work at it. I'm already making BIG progress. More than 2K toward my prop firm challenge in 4 days' time worst day -$80, best day about 1K. This is the best I've done in my whole career day trading. Light, Love, all green lights. When we're through In Dec I'm sure I will be getting bank deposits or checks to deposit. I will update another Trust Pilot review when the time comes. Mindset helps keep me calm with peaceful feelings and focused.
After participating in the “How to Trade with Confidence Without Forcing Discipline” Masterclass, I took a few days off from trading to review the material and explore the components of compassionate discipline. When I went back to trading, I noticed a difference immediately. I was able to identify the emotions affecting me before, during and after trades. Then what happened? In a matter of two days wiped away 80% of my gains. Then someone somehow put Agnieszka Wood in front of me, and I decided to look into it. I have to tell you, after completing this course, It has completely transformed my trading. My strategy planning, my morning work, my in trade mental capacities. Literally everything. I had never journaled before, but after this, my journaling pretrade today 1.Welcome to Your New World Starting Today!! 2. Graduation tonight, It has brought me inner peace 3. The ability to slow it down (trading) and gain strength in the process 4. Yep I sitll struggle with stops, but I like my newer strategy of one contract and one DCA. BUT continue to be careful, do not do this... JUST BECAUSE. 5. There are bad trades out there, just reverse out or stop out of your bad trades. Good trades will come. 6 Maintain one strategy... Trend, Pivots, open action. Trade one, look for the set up. Do not just decide "Oh, I can do this NOW"!! So, if you are reading this far, you may be saying, yea those are obvious.
