Advokat," who is demanding payment of EUR 654.33 within 48 hours, with the beneficiary being "eCollect AG" via a banking institution called Baden-Wuerttembergische Bank in Stuttgart, Germany.I would also like to point out that, at this time, it is not clear how this individual obtained my mobile number, registered in the name of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, which was regularly placed under precautionary surveillance for reasons of "national security."However, as far as I'm concerned, this is not a problem, because the aforementioned self-styled Radoslav Koychev had the audacity to write, among other things, to an official of the aforementioned Presidency at one of my former residences. Therefore, in accordance with my official duty and in consideration of the nature of the crimes, I have taken steps to participate in the entire process. The Guardia di Finanza (Italian Finance Police) Command, competent in Italy and linked to INTERPOL for further proceedings. I joined this B2 dating site and connected to singles 50s received threats from B2 so just paid the bill so it would go away. Have the proof on my bank transactions years later, I get letter from E collect now. I’ve had two letters from that RK advocate but it looks fake cheap paper no signatures I live in Australia so thinking of finding a good German solicitor to hunt them down and countersue for harassment trying to send emails to that B2 but comes back no connection so scumbags bring it on

Absolutely shocking, my details were used fraudulently to register with a C-Date site. I've been hounded by their solicitors based in Frankfurt for money on a membership that I didn't take out. I've explained that to the solicitors "Advokat Radoslav Koychev"The police will be contacting them with documentation to show this. Yet they still pursue the monies. I've been informed by the detectives looking into the case that many cases are ongoing.I would presume that they C-Date and Advokat Radoslav Koychev solicitors work in this scam together. If you read reviews of C-Date and the solicitors, they're equally bad reviews.It will be interesting to see the outcome of the police investigations ☺️ and in relation to the trading standards of C-Date and the aggressive approach of Advokat Radoslav Koychev

I have a few questions please guys and help with this issue, would be greatly appreciated. I received a letter from this so-called Attorney. They are going to initiate a lawsuit against me. They state that they are going to extend my opportunity to settle this claim.
