Needed a small entry rug for our home and wanted a vintage and tribal looking rug. I messaged Adib's for some input and they helped me find an incredible Gabbeh rug that fit perfectly. It has so much character and the rug is so plush. They were so patient with me, I think they showed me 30 rugs before finding the perfect one, all through text messages. Shipping was prompt and easy, my next rug will definitely be from Adib's again.
I ordered from Adib's a few weeks ago and I am in love with our new Persian Rug from Isfahan. The rug was shipped promptly and arrived exactly as advertised. Their inventory is huge! They really helped me find the right rug and it fits perfectly with our space.

I had a great experience buying a rug for my wife's birthday. Mehdi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of space to make my decision and I did not feel forced at all like I have done in other stores. The rug is top quality and I feel like it was excellent value for what the quality.
Researched this company quite a bit before making a large purchase from their website. They have a brick and mortar that has incredible reviews and the quality and value is the best I have been able to find. Shipping was very quick and painless. Rug fit the house like a glove and we are very happy with the rug and the padding they included.
We were blown away by the great service of this place. My wife and I had just moved into a new home and were looking for a nice rug for the living room. We didn't want to buy online as we know friends who've received poor quality rugs. We made the best decision ever when found Adibs Rugs in Walnut Creek. When we went in we were greeted by the son of the owner, Mahdi, and he was outstanding. He was so kind and asked us a lot of questions about what our home looked like, what we wanted from the rug in the room and what we were looking for. After getting a feel for what would tie the room together with the aesthetic we wanted, he walked us through the options and different possibilities. We were so pleased with the service, and as other reviews mention, he was patient and really took the time with us, without trying to make a sale. We actually felt like they cared about us getting something we loved. It was great getting to actually see the rugs too, and see the great quality they carry. We came out with a beautiful rug that is a real showpiece of our living room - it was such a great process from start to finish and we have been so pleased with the results. Everything from looking, to sale, to the actual delivery was A+!! Thank you adibs and for readers - don't hesitate to go take a look at their selection and ask for their advice!
We were looking for a rug to tie our living room together, and were tired of the cheaper rugs we owned previously. Never having shopped for a Persian rug before, I did my research on how to select one. I especially looked out for (unfortunately, all-too-common) rug scams, as the market is full of shady individuals. I am so glad I came to Adib's! The owner's son, Medi, was extremely helpful and patient with my wife and I. We probably went back and forth on designs for several hours, and had to go home and think more. We comparison shopped with another rug store, but found the salespeople pushy and rushed. We went back to Adib's, took advantage of their "try before you buy" service. No idea who returns rugs after installing them, but it was peace of mind anyways. The rug looks AWESOME!
Mr. Adib and Medi are some of the most honest and least pushy salesmen I have ever met. They handled us with care when it came to purchasing a rug for our living room. With a toddler and a feral cat, finding the right rug for them was difficult. The way Mr. Adib and Medi handled it was as if they were built for it.10/10 would buy again!
