Great experience hiring a remote contractor
We were looking for a remote contractor to help speed up development on one of our projects. Adeva found a highly skilled candidate within a few days and had them working with us within a week. The process was very smooth – communication was excellent, expectations were clear at every step, and the contract was very fair.The candidate had excellent communication skills which was important for us being a remote & distributed team. They set expectations clearly, we had a regular chat and they delivered everything required.Adeva have a very relaxed and respectful attitude, both towards us and their developers, and they are a great match for our company culture. We will definitely work with them again.

Excellent Experience w/Adeva
I'm a solo, non-technical founder, so choosing the right developer to build my MVP was essential. I wanted to work with a company I felt comfortable with and could trust. After speaking with a handful of pushy developers, working with Adeva was a breath of fresh air! Katerina (Adeva's CEO) instantly made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand my project and the requirements. When I had to pause our project for a few months because I was accepted into an accelerator, Katerina was extremely accommodating. My MVP is almost done, and I'm extremely happy with how it's turned out so far. Everything is as we discussed and it even looks like I'll come in slightly under budget. When I changed a few features mid-development, the developer happily and kindly accommodated my requests. This hasn't been my experience with other developers in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised. Lastly, as a female entrepreneur, I try to support other females in tech especially in areas like software engineering. Katerina is committed to hiring female engineers and is constantly looking for ways to improve Adeva's inclusivity.

Adeva is a tech savvy, knowledgeable and professional organisation. At InPlayer we saw these traits on all levels of cooperation, starting from the business side down to the actual development where we got to work with great developers who helped us deliver amazing products timely. Excellent!!! One of the best professional people I worked with in the last 3 years. I met Katrina at a conference in Macedonia. After a few months, I turned to her in order to develop a demo for the software we wanted. The work was done remotely by email and Skype calls.
