We had a very positive experience working with this printer. From start to finish, their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient as we navigated the many decisions involved in producing a high-quality hardcover book.They were especially helpful with Shopify integration and clearly have strong experience in that area. While setting up our Amazon Seller account proved more complicated than expected, and that support was somewhat limited, we understand that Amazon account setup is not their responsibility. Even so, a bit more guidance in that area would have been helpful for a first-time publisher.The final product is beautiful. The print quality, color reproduction, and overall finish exceeded our expectations. We are truly delighted with how the book turned out.One small detail we wish had been caught prior to printing was that the final paper selection made the book slightly thinner than originally estimated, which caused one letter on the spine to show very slightly onto the front cover. It is minor, but something to be aware of when finalizing spine calculations.Overall, we are very happy with the experience and especially with the finished product.

it would be alot easier for me
it would be alot easier for me if the representatives of Acutrak could speak a little slower because they have a really heavy accent and it is very hard for me to understand. The service I don't know yet as I have not sold any books.

I highly recommend Acutrack's printing and fulfillment services. I have been using Acutrack to support my publishing business' sales through through Tik Tok shop. It is an excellent value, the printing is top notch, and the customer service is very helpful and timely. My customer service team at Acutrack are very proactive. When I get notifications about TikTok shop policy changes, I know that my Acutrack representative will be handling the issue. They stay on top of all policy changes and also help educate me and other customers about new opportunities. I have had a very good experience with Acutrack and recommend them to other small, independent publishers and any business that needs printing and fulfillment services.

Very seamless process to get book fulfillment set-up. Some surprises surrounding final shipping costs and the right mailer to use, but it should be improved with the new TikTok shipping.

I like that when I have any issue team members are alway willing to address it by scheduling an appointment or even sooner then that when possible. I like that they coordinate different member to address the issue when needed and show me how the issue was addressed in real time via the web.
