I didn’t buy the part yet but when it becomes available the parts counter man said he would call me . It’s rare part manufacture in Japan for Honda Motor Company and occasionally makes it to the states . Now this is my definition of customer service !

False "item has shipped" email

On 2/6/26, I received an "item has shipped" email but the following day and subsequent days tracking showed no progress and USPS still waiting for the package. It Wasn't til 2/11/26 that it was in USPS hands. They lied about the package being sent and When I tried to return the part, they denied my return due to minimum price policy. They dismiss their customers instead of owning their mistake. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. 2/25/26It wasn't till 2/11 that it was in USPS possession. So don't say that it was out of your control. Admit your mistake and do what's right.

Do not trust their return policy

Once we started the work on my car, we found the part was not needed. An RMA for the return was approved within the 30-day period. In the e-mail it said that a specialist would reach out to me to review shipping options. No one ever reached out. I reached out a few days later and was told since the part was not shipped within the 30 days, I can no longer return it. And they also said (rather rudely) that the e-mail did not say anything about a specialist reaching out, which it absolutely did.

Poor quality, Poor customer service

I bought this cup holder assembly (with the sliding segmented lid) as a replacement for my 2009 Acura TL.Installation went smoothly and it fit perfectly (its a very simple install). However, the very next day, while simply opening the sliding lid (normal gentle use, no excessive force), one of the plastic segments cracked and broke off. This is clearly a manufacturing defect in the material or design. I contacted the seller right away. They refused any replacement or refund, stating that because the part was "installed," it's not eligible for return—even though the failure happened within 24 hours due to normal operation, not misuse or damage during install. This is very frustrating, since Im right back where I started with a broken cup holder and Im out $180. The no-exceptions policy on returns for installed parts leaves buyers with no recourse for defective items.If you're considering this for a 4th-gen Acura TL, I'd look for a higher-quality option (perhaps OEM or a better-reviewed aftermarket brand) or check forums like AcuraZine for proven fixes/mods. Save yourself the hassle and money—1/5 stars.

Missing part and no resolution

I purchased three items from Acurapartswarehouse.com with mixed results. I ordered Roof Rails (Chrome), Crossbar (Silver) and the Bike Attachment (Roof Mount) Part #08L07-E09-200. The first two items arrived with all the parts included and were promptly installed on the vehicle with no issues. However, when we went to install the bike mount, we discovered a critical part was missing the “Rear Plate”, without that piece the mount cannot be mounted to the crossbars. Pictures were provided to Acurapartswarehouse.com which stated all the parts were there. I asked that they review the pictures again and was told I would need to go to an Acura dealer to find the specific part number and get it from them. They (Acurapartswarehouse) said that they determined all the parts were there and that was the end of discussion. I was going to send the part back but I figured once it was returned and then they realize not all the parts were there I would not get the refund and would also be on the hook to have it shipped back to me. I asked Acurapartswarehouse.com to have someone there open a bike attachment box and check, but was again told no I had to go to a dealer they don’t have a parts person to look for parts numbers. I was unable to obtain the part number from the dealer; I got part numbers for everything but the rear Plate. The box the bike attachment arrived in was falling apart, and I suspect the missing part may have fallen out during shipping. Now, I’m out $166, with a part I can’t use, and no help from the company to resolve the issue.If you’re able to get the parts you order from this site, it’s great. But if something is missing or goes wrong, don’t expect much help. Currently, I’m stuck with an incomplete product and no solution from Acurapartswarehouse.com

The part fit perfectly and shipped fast! I originally got one through oreilys from import direct and it was not made right, had to return and get oem. I wish this part was a little cheaper, but it is what it is, great quality!
