It was fairly easy to assemble and arrived in perfect condition. I did raise the seat and sat in it going down and then back up The lift works great. I bought it for my wife who is just a little handicapped.I used it transfers between any surface or device, the wheelchair, car, bed, toilet, couch or recliner chair. The lift chair really support every lift every where without injury risk to the patient and caregiver.This lift chair is an essential part of our household equipment!

Design flaws in the details are problematic. Exposed bolts on the inside arm holding the sling caused skin tears and cuts. Lack of cushioning of central beam caused bruising and discomfort. Simple fixes would make the product much safer and better.

Good customer service. Product is wonderful, easy to use , a great help since my husband has MS and condition varies daily. So if I need the lift to assist him as he is unable to stand than I use it. Used it getting him into the shower , bed to wheel chair or into recliner all great. Very good product , feels very secure when moving - need hard flooring- carpet would not work safely.

The lift is well constructed and works great. Before i purchased i emailed them with one concern i had and they quickly replied with a solution. After delivery I discovered a small issue that happened during shipping. Again they replied to my email quickly and immediately shipped the replacement part. I highly recommend Achairgo for their products and customer support. The lift has been a life saver getting my mom in and out of the car.
