Placed an order on February 7th for delivery on February 14th for a friend in Mexico. All delivery information is correct, confirmed with her. She has yet to receive the bouquet. There website says the delivery is “on its way”. No other information. Tried using there contact us service on the site, no response. Their chat bot does not respond, even though it says “we respond immediately”. Two emails sent, no response. At this point, they’ve stolen my money, and I’m sure this company does not exist.

NOT What I Ordered
ABCFlora sent the wrong flowers & the flowers they sent were not nearly as beautiful as the ones I had paid for. I ordered the white lillies (which cost $80) and the person I ordered them for received roses. I would NOT have paid $80 for roses I could literally get from the grocery store for $20. I thought I was ordering a beautiful white arrangement for my grieving relatives overseas, and instead they got a handful pink roses. When I reached out the same day as delivery, go figure, no response. So disappointed, I feel like I got scammed.EDIT: yes they replied telling me to reach out via email with my order number (order ABC25911). I’d like to point out that I had already emailed the day the flowers were received and never got a response.

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Had email saying order cancelled with a few hours to go to delivery in Samoa..without any explanation. For a very special lady in a new job in a new country on her birthday. I and she find it appalling.abcflora still havnt had the decency to reply even several hours later. How can you run a business like this?

Last year I ordered flowers for a friend in Norway through abcFlora and the results were great, so I didn’t hesitate to use them again. The delivery was set for July 8, but on Saturday July 6, my friend was leaving a cafe near the florist and they must’ve spotted her. An employee brought the flowers out saying, ‘these are for you’. She was completely surprised, so I’m not upset that the delivery was two days early. And, the bouquet was gorgeous!

I bought the blush life for my mother to receive on Mother's Day which I was so excited for her to receive since the arrangement is beautiful!! However when the day finally arrived and my mother texted to thank me for the flowers the arrangement was completely different than what I saw and ordered. The arrangement did not even come with a vase even though the description mentioned it came with a vase!!! this was a complete rip off. I will not be ordering from here ever again. I even reached out to them and they have not responded.

abcFlora.com did a wonderful job for two orders placed from the US with deliveries to Rome and Barcelona. They made special arrangements for the flower order in Barcelona with no problem. They were both delivered right on schedule during busy holiday time. Most importantly, both recipients loved their plant baskets! Great customer service from all!

LIARS, DO NOT TRUST
On 11-12-23, I wrote a review about the awful experience I had with this company: they did not deliver flowers on time for my mother's funeral in Dorado, Puerto Rico. The following day, someone (he/she simply signed "abcFlora") replied offering endless apologies and excuses for the lack of service (see their reply in my earlier review). They further stated that a full refund would be issued. Liars, it never happened! I had PayPal intervene to get the refund and on 12-8-23 it was rejected because abcFloral told them the order was fulfilled (yeah, AFTER the funeral took place!). This company does not care and will write anything on social media to appear trustworthy! Do not trust them.

I needed to send flowers to Dorado, Puerto Rico for my mother's funeraI scheduled on November 11, 2023 at 10:0AM. I placed (and paid) for the order on November 6, 2023 for delivery on November 10, 2023. The flowers DID NOT arrive on the 10th. as requested. After many emails (no phone contact available) to abc Floral, they were delivered the FOLLOWING DAY at 3:45PM. The woman who delivered the flowers to the house, told my sister that her shop had barely received the order that afternoon. Hence, based on these facts, I will never place an order for anything from this company and do not recommend them to anyone. Extremely unreliable.

Before deciding for themselves, they texted to ask if their recommended substitution was acceptable. End result, the roses were beautiful and the recipient is delighted.
