Booked an appointment through Troy at AAR for repair of a rock chip. I arrived a few minutes early -- and they took my car back a few minutes early. The technician told me that it may take up to 30 minutes. It did not - he completed the work much quicker. My windshield looks great again.Overall, very satisfied with the booking process, time spent waiting, and quality of work.
They were able to take care of me same day I called and had what I needed! I was in and out in less than an hour, service was outstanding. 10/10 in service and quality. Fast, professional, and a great price. Thank you AAR for your help and great service.
Fast, professional, very clean. They came out to my house and made it such an easy process for something that causes you so much grief. There pricing was completely affordable. And the gentleman that made my appointment was very informative, giving me the different windshield options for my 2021 Nissan Eclipse Cross.
This was the third windshield I had replaced by this Co. the manager went above and beyond to install my glass I can't express the level of stress he removed by installing my windshield that day I was scheduled to go out of town that day. Thanks to the 100th power.
