We had new carpeting installed in the bedrooms and laminate flooring installed in the living areas. Two separate crews did the installs and both crews were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
The customer service is outstanding as well as their products. I am so in love with my new flooring!
Everything went perfectly. The gentleman were very friendly and we absolutely love our floors.

I had high hopes in April 2025 when working with 50 Floor, especially after my initial meeting with the salesperson, who was knowledgeable and friendly. However, the rest of the experience fell far short of expectations. After the initial instal, I ran into numerous sub-flooring issues because NO self-leveling concrete was laid, when I was told it was necessary for the job.In August 2025, installers came back out to correct the subfloor leveling issue. However, the first red flag was that the exact same crew who performed the original improper installation was sent back to complete the repair. Given that they failed to level the floor correctly the first time, this immediately raised concerns.During the repair visit, the installer openly acknowledged that there were numerous soft spots due to self-leveling concrete not being applied originally, something I had been pointing out from the beginning.They removed some of the flooring and proceeded to apply self-leveling concrete. However, instead of properly leveling the entire subfloor, they poured leveling compound in a few random areas throughout the home. They did not apply it across the full surface to truly level the floor.I expressed my concerns at that time, but I was assured this approach would correct the problem. The concrete was allowed to dry, and the floors were reinstalled.I was then told to allow the floors time to settle. I waited over six months.Unfortunately, I am once again dealing with multiple soft spots, creaking, movement, and noisy flooring, because the subfloor was never properly leveled. The issue was not corrected; it was lazily patched.Recently, I had an independent flooring professional inspect the floors. He immediately stated that the installers did not apply enough leveling compound and that spot-patching would never properly resolve a widespread subfloor issue like this.I have spent a significant amount of money expecting a professional installation, and instead I am left with floors that are noisy and uncomfortable to walk on.I need a permanent and proper resolution. I am no longer comfortable with the same installation crew handling this repair.I would prefer to settle this directly, but I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary.

I had a great experience with a rep from 50 floor who explained everything to me very thoroughly. The carpet we chose was a great quality and we really enjoyed the color. The workers who came in to lay the carpeting, took them approximately nine hours to complete the project of which there was quite a bit to be done. They were all very professional and worked very clean as they went along. The carpet was laid very professionally and stretched quite well. My one little complaint was that I felt they were a little bit too messy with the hammer and leaving Nick‘s on the baseboards as well as damaging the wall in certain areas because of bringing the carpet around the corner. I did have to mud and repaint those areas.

They were courteous, respectful, and highly professional throughout the whole process. The gentleman that came to install my floor now only did an awesome job, but he explained a lot of things about the floor. I really appreciated it. This is the second time I have used 50Floor‘s and again I am very very pleased. Thank you PS just wanted to say the installer was great.
Nice system of first call, estimate, selection, scheduling, install. Very efficient, courteous, informative & product seems to be descent quality. We are happy with our decision to use 50 Floor.
Review for the Raleigh (NC) location. The initial communication was good but fell off quickly. After the initial measurement, the sales rep and general manager became unprofessional with their communication and stopped communicating altogether once asked for a quote that outlines all costs that they shared on their devices during the measurement. No quote was officially shared and no attempt was made to follow up with me to potentially continue the project.
I reached out to fifty floor about my boards separating. They responded after my first review and asked for pictures (which i sent). I never heard anything else from them. I called and texted again with no response.

The process was easy to decide on which flooring with Ahmad. He was knowledgeable and professional going over the samples and why 50floors is different than other companies. Installation went great and we are very pleased with our floors.
