I worked with Kevin to refine a mockup design and he made it exactly what I wanted. He produced a prototype I inspected online and went into production immediately. From the time he started production to the time I had my 100 custom embroidered hats at my door was less than two weeks. Quality customer service and product.
Tina was really good about suggesting options, responding to questions, ensuring me that she was on top of the order, and following up. Product was great and received ahead of time.
The product came way faster than expected and was really high quality. Kevin was also super easy to communicate with. Overall very happy with my experience!

I just bought a batch of scarves for a youth sports team and I'm very happy with the purchase. I chose free delivery and the process took just over three weeks, which seems reasonable. Staff (Kevin) worked closely with me, sending multiple mock-ups of the custom scarves and then a photo of a completed one before sending. Most important they are great quality, very nice cloth.

Very helpful with design and once I approved the final version, the product arrived quickly. They were in contact with me when the package shipped and kept me updated as to when it would arrive. I will order from this company again.

I worked with Kevin on my bandana order. He was amazing and always responded to me promptly. I was unsure of what fabric I was trying to mimic, but he was able to get me what I needed based on the picture I sent him. I 100% recommend this company. Oh, and the biggest plus was that I received my package before the expected turnaround time.
I ordered bandanas for a large conference and was very happy with the end product - there was great communication as part of the design process (they talked me out of a smaller version of my image as they knew it wouldn't print as well), I thought the price was very reasonable, and shipping was fast enough though it was all the way to Alaska. Bandanas looked nice and were a success at the conference!
We ordered branded scrunchies to give away at a hiring fair, and we are so pleased with how they turned out. Tina was very responsive and pleasant to work with.
