I was new to the photo booth industry, and Jessica not only helped me narrow down which photo booth would be best for my budget, but also provided software recommendations, iPad recommendations to get me up and running, and even suggested printer options. Jessica’s fast response allowed her to upload my personalized company logo onto my booth and get it shipped out within two weeks. After it wasn’t available locally, she prioritized my order and treated me as a top priority. My equipment arrived as promised, in good condition, and Jessica followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely be repurchasing in the future.

What could have easily been a one-star experience turned into a five-star one entirely because of outstanding customer service.My original photobooth arrived damaged during shipping, and understandably I was very disappointed at first. However, the way this situation was handled completely changed my perspective. Joan, the customer service representative who worked with me, went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right.Not only was the issue resolved, but I ultimately received a brand-new replacement that was actually a newer and upgraded version of the model I originally ordered. That level of care and follow-through speaks volumes about the company’s integrity, and especially about Joan’s dedication to customer satisfaction.Because of her persistence, communication, and willingness to truly listen, what could have been a negative experience became an exceptional one. Overall, we are very satisfied with this kiosk. The unit is very fast and performs smoothly. The touchscreen is responsive and accurate, and the display resolution is high, which makes content look sharp and professional.The main drawback we noticed is the Wi-Fi performance. While the internet connection works very well when using Ethernet, the Wi-Fi speed was not as strong as we expected. This was the only part we didn’t like as much.Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Our sales representative, Jessica, was very helpful, responsive, and professional, which made the purchasing experience smooth and positive.Overall, it’s a high-quality product that we would recommend, especially when used with a wired internet connection.

My experience started off a little ruff not on 360’s part but on the courier. My package was left by my house with no signature and someone took my package. Jenny came to the rescue when I contacted 360 she made sure she stayed in contact with me and she was able to reship me another 360 with no hassle.
