I had a minor issue with my first order as I received the wrong seeds, but the customer support was incredibly fast and professional. They sent the correct ones immediately and let me keep the previous ones as a gift! Truly a top-tier company that cares about its customers. The seeds look great and the service is 5-star. All good, some things could be better
Ordered seeds, all good, came with UPS, quite expensive shipping considering me and the company are in the same country. I would appreciate more delivery possibilities, using Packeta or other delivery box service. Getting multiple annoying e-mails to leave review here.

Regarding Packaging, e.g. shipping and Package deal/ "gifts"My package contained: the 2for1 seeds i picked, 1LongPaper, 1plastic card to mark your pot. I paid ~ 100€Not that i need or wanted more, i Ordered because the Strain kept following me.the difference from other shops is noticeable, though. Putting an order together at RQS will pile up freebies and freebie choices in your orderscreen, if you want it or not.The seeds showed big variations, some look verry smallStill 4 of 4 sprouted and are vigorous to Grow! Have them growing next to RQS F1 strains for comparison, I can say, after potting yesterday; Looks Very PrettyHave the full grow ahead(-Seedling stage) so i cant say much more for now.Round of your customer experience/Package, most others gift you useless Crap. But more papers inside and you are already better there xDKeep Bringing us Great Herbs
