The service was quick and easy. I needed antibiotics ASAP and 24doc saved my life. The price was very reasonable and accessible for people without insurance. I would definitely use this service again. I recommended it to a family member.

The consultation was fast and the response was maybe 3 hours before I received a prescription. However, I specifically wrote I needed a liquid form instead of tablets they disregarded that piece of information on my application. Took 1 whole day to straighten out Don’t know if I’ll use them again.

Fast service but the doctor ended up prescribing me amoxicillin and I am allergic to amoxicillin and I’ve emailed the support team multiple times and they have not gotten back to me and I never got my correct medicine so I basically wasted my money

It was great y'all. I've been dealing with a tooth infection/abyss all week and I can't get to the dentist for a few weeks and I used 24hrdoc this morning,at 450am and by 830 there was a prescription ready for me at the pharmacy. Took not even 5 min. Thank y'all so much

At first I thought it wasn’t a good site I was worried but then when I called the pharmacy and they told me my prescriptions were ready, I knew then it was a good site. Help fast
I didn't have to go to the er and wait for hours for them to tell me what I already know...only thing was I couldn't get my prescription tonight because they closed as I pulled up the pharmacy didnt have any compassion...Just want to thank 24hrdoc yall are amazing I'm finally on the way to feeling like myself again...I had a bad toothache didn't have the energy to wait at the er for meds so glad I came across this it was heaven sent...fast service and got the help I needed will definitely use again if need be thank you again!

Chest cold possible pneumonia
Was quite ill and unable to get appointment at Dr office for several days. Decided to do online appointment, after giving all relevant information a prescription was sent to pharmacy which included 3 prescriptions to address my severe chest cold. Am certain without the thorough and exceptional care it would have gone into pneumonia within a day or two.

The process was straightforward and simple. I had an awful tooth ache. I was able to get a prescription in the middle of the night and the prescription was picked shortly after the pharmacy opened. I would recommend 24HrDoc to anyone in urgent need!

Bad business
Bad experience. Had to call the customer service number several times because you always get a busy signal Took money out of my account without producing the product, also kept lying and giving me the run arounds I would not choose this company
