Favorable review of recent purchase
The website was very easy to navigate and I could search multiple options prior to making my final decision. Also, the customer service representative was very helpful when clearing my order to be shipped to a different address from my billing address.

Absolutely horrible experience!
Absolutely horrible experience. Spoke to several people and was promised a delivery date. Then got several emails saying it was pushed back a month. When I went to cancel I had to speak to nine agents. 9! All of them were unprofessional and rude. This should not have been so difficult and I will never shop with them again

If I could give this company zero…
If I could give this company zero stars, I would the customer service is absolutely terrible. The service after the sale when you purchase the extended warranty protection plan is terrible and a complete rip off as it covers nothing. Management does not call you back. The furniture does not last our furniture is not even two years old and his junk. Do not order from this company.

Toni was extremely patient and kind. I asked for a price match with a competitor. He went to bat for me with the manager. I will always call one stop bedrooms before any furniture purchase.Their delivery is top notch alsoOn a past order I dealt with customer services and they contacted the manufacturer immediately and the situation was resolved. She called back a week later to check up on everything!

Best Choice is 1Stop Bedrooms
I originally found a bedroom set from Ornate furniture but decided to call 1stop customer service to inquire about the same set & after speaking with Kobi who was super helpful & educated me to be more informed, I was able to advance the sale with 1stop. Looking forward to the white glove delivery service!

I contacted 1StopBedrooms to ask a few questions about a Library Wall with Ladder and Kobi answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. He did not rush me or pressure me in any way. He was very helpful and explained how the entire delivery process works and gave me his extension to use in case I had any other questions. Absolutely the best sales representative I have ever had the opportunity to speak with and work with to make a purchase!
