180 Medical, is a pleasure to deal with. Recently, I was having trouble getting just the right catheter for my Needs. The girl I talked with on the phone was extremely patient and arranged to send me samples of different catheters for me to try. I have since found what I believe will be a perfect one for me. And I just want to say how much I enjoy doing business with 180 Medical, I have been receiving catheters from you for 8+ years

I'm so glad I found 180 Medical. I have been using them for almost a year now. If you call, u will get the most caring people ever. I really think they care about their customers, and will do anything in their power to help. My monthly order is always right on time. Its nice to have one less thing to worry about. I give 180 Medical 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone.

180 medical is truly an amazing company. I’ve have dealt with other companies before 180 medical and they would deliver my order late or if I didn’t call it in it would never arrive.180 medical gave me the peace of mind bc they put their customers first and they stay on top of things!I’ll never switch companies. To this point I am extremely satisfied with 180 medical and I’ve been using them for many years now!

Decent Service, But Communication Could Be Better
I had a mixed experience with 180 Medical. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and my order arrived on time, which I really appreciated. However, the process felt a bit confusing at times, and I had to follow up multiple times to get clear answers about my insurance coverage and billing. Overall, they get the basics right, but there’s definitely room for improvement in communication and clarity.
