Terrible service...they leave you hanging with A I to respond to your requests about something you ALREADY paid for..they have a ph number but DO NOT RESPOND to online orders...l will NEVER order from them again...l will tell my congregation of over 600 to NOT ORDER..from MILK ST....and every person and my friends l know to not WASTE THEIR TIME AND MONEY...with this CO.
I signed up for the free $1 subscription to try Milkstreet Magazine and the free online content. I cancelled well before the date they would charge $69.95 for a regular subscription. They still debited my debit card for $69.95. I contacted them and complained. They then credited my debit card with $48.97 and declared us even. They still owe me $20.98 but continue to deny it! I would call this $1 offer a rip-off and shell game. Milkstreet, give me back my $20.98 NOW!
The incessant, nonstop, daily email marketing once they have your email address borders on harassment. It is beyond annoying.
Let’s put it this way: Not one of their customer service replies to my problem with failed delivery included the employee’s name. That should tell you all you need to know. They won’t stand behind their response with a real employee’s name. Ironically, they want my real identity for this review. Fine. Yes, the products seem good. But they have major supply chain problems and cannot deliver some/most? of their products within months of when they were ordered. Yes. I said months. The product I ordered mid December of last year are not expected to arrive here until March! So, buyer beware.
I ordered a product in early Oct.I later was told in Dec that it was back ordered. It is now Feb 5 and no product. Over 3 months later!! The only way you can communicate is through email and it’s a standard email of policy. You are not able to talk to a live person at all which is very unfortunate considering how big milk Street is. It’s not been good. They should do better in their customer service department.
Your survey came before the purchase!
I have purchased many items from Milk Street and am always pleased with the service and the products. I highly recommend purchasing from them; you won't be disappointed.Thank you, Milk Street, for being a reliable retail outlet.
Pretty good recipes although many require special equipment and ingredients. The Store often is out of stock for months on products featured. I've also bought a few items I did not care for.
You guys never cease to amaze me with your first-class efforts and second-to-none product selection! Thank you!
Milkstreet has a great catalogue of products but follow through with delivery us slow. Having g purchased from the on multiple occasions, I have learned that they are extremely slow in their shipping department. When ordering, packaging and delivery can take upwards of 3 weeks or more.If you pre-order something, just expect the product to be way past the expected shipping/delivery date.I sent an email to their customer service recently for the kitchen shears which was to be delivered in December 2025. Their response was that they were sorry for the delay and that they were in the process of shipping currently.
I ordered a pair of kitchen shears on 11/8/2025. I used a credit card and they processed the payment. It is the end of January and still no shears.I reached out to them twice on their website and got a response of we will get back to you in 1-3 days. Crickets!I was pretty sure that it was against the law to process a payment before shipping the merchandise.
Confidence in Milk Street, easy to order, good price and quality, delivered without issue.
Purchased a couple of the Kitchen-in knives and they did not hold up like they should have. I hardly used them and I always hand washed when I did. Both knives cracked in the same spots! You’re better off buying a Wustof knife that carries a substantial warranty. The Milk Street knives are warranted for only 1 year.
I pre-ordered the kitchen schears a few months ago. They were to ship "by" January. It's January 20th and no shears. Inquired about status and received a vague obfuscating reply that the shipping was actually supposed to happen "in" January. I'm reading other reviews and see this is happens a lot. Can't tell you what the product is like but this is really poor service.
Great and unique items. Always very satisfied
I placed a "pre-order" in mid-October, 2025. It is now January 9, 2026, and I still have not received it, nor can I get a straight answer about when to expect it. According to their latest message to me (sent in January), "it should ship by late December" (ummmmmmm, it is now JANUARY!).
Here’s some high level points: the items are not bad or misleading. The quality is accurate. What isn’t as transparent is what they advertise v. what they actually have in-stock.If it’s in-stock, you’ll receive the item in a prompt/reasonable timeframe. If it happens to not be in-stock, getting it is a black box timeline where you will receive 0 communication about status or progress. This is where I fault Milk Street. They try to drive demand for their products through aggressive, constant advertising (again, not bad products!) but then aren’t so honest about whether they have those products on-hand, or are counting on your order to function as a “pre-order” that informs them how much more to get from their supplier. In other words, they’re gambling with your money and time v. taking the risk on right sizing their inventory. If they were more honest about this up-front, they’d probably piss far fewer people off.
This knife is very comfortable to hold. Cuts thru everything with ease. I highly recommend!!!
I love this knife! Great quality and shipped quickly.
