I had an amazing experience with Zoe Lev from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order.The initial necklace craftsmanship is exceptional. You can immediately tell it’s high-quality, beautifully made, and designed with incredible attention to detail. The finish is flawless, the materials feel premium, and it looks even better in person than in the photos. It’s clear this is luxury jewelry made by skilled artisans, not mass produced pieces.Shipping was fast, the packaging was elegant, and the necklace arrived perfectly protected. I can’t recommend this company enough.I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be recommending them to friends and family. Truly one of the best jewelry shopping experiences I’ve had!

I did not realize that the earring I chose was just a single and I’m not sure I’d wear it that way. The necklace is nice and I like the earring although it is smaller than I expected

i placed a high value order without…
i placed a high value order without reading the terms. There was a rush production option for one of the items so i assume the other one was in stock- turns out both needs production time. I really didn’t expect this since I remember buying their pieces from Bloomingdales and maybe Nordstrom. I was told b/c its the holidays, it will get delayed- i found something better in the meantime and reached out to cancel a day later was told its already in production and can't be cancelled. come to find out there's 8% restocking fees for returns and the other item is a birth stone and final sale. never doing business with small businesses again. I offered to pay 8% to cancel the order but it was denied on the final sale item. Even small businesses would work with you!! better off buying luxury brand with good customer service. PRAYING that its good quality when received.

DO NOT buy on sale, just don't buy
DO NOT make the mistake of buying anything here on sale, why have a sale if they do not allow returns? Sales are final purchases only, no returns. I bought a gold anklet, the design was microscopic, looks bigger in the photo. And it didn't even fit, too tight to clasp it. Other fine jewelry brands do not have such gotcha return policies.

Do not do it!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased these for myself, the quality is not great. I reached out to the to exchange the product… when I read the fine print it does not look like they return or exchange any of the items. Do not purchase here. I should’ve known it was too good to be true. I have yet to receive a response and it looks like I am stuck with these pieces.

I’ve purchased 2 pieces from them, my last purchase is a disappointment. I’ve messaged the company on social media and was told to email via their website after doing what I was told,I’ve not received a response…. Yet!

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. After placing an order and paying a significant sum, there’s no follow up as to the status of the order. You’re supposed to check production time of a specific piece. The items I ordered exceeded the production time stated, no note from the company as an update. No response to my email asking for an update for several days and after an automated message came that the items were shipped, still late. Items arrived, and I liked the quality and style, however two of the personalized items were done incorrectly. Thankfully after contacting them again, I received a pretty quick response and had to send back the items for replacement/correction. I’ll be looking out to see if I receive a status, but I’m not betting on it. It’s like the black hole. Which is a shame, because the jewelry was nice. But it’s too stressful to spend that much money and be in the dark about where the item is that you spent your money on. Not to mention, it was a gift. So I can’t even give the gift, after ordering this well over a month in advance of when needed. Very disappointed and for that reason would not recommend.

DO NOT ORDER AND WASTE YOUR MONEY
I got a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday less than 4 days after I gave it to her the item snapped and was lost. Because it is so thin it is impossible to see where it fell. When reaching out they were unwilling to help in anyway possible. Feels like I got scammed.
