I recently had a stem cell procedure at R3 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the beginning, Mark and Anna ensured I fully understood the procedure and helped coordinate all pre-, during-, and post-visit logistics. From my first contact to the end of my treatment was first class! Manny was my initial contact and he was wonderful to work with . He's a very honest and transparent person ! I had many questions and he was always there to answer all of them .And trust me, I had a lot of questions!!!! He always called me back and answered every question I had. I stayed in San Diego and they had a driver drive me into the Tijuana clinic for my treatments for two days. The transportation went flawless .The driver was super nice and even gave me and my son a ride to the zoo after my treatment. Everyone at the clinic were so friendly and very professional. Dr. Orchoa and Dr, Miguel made me feel so at ease. I was very comfortable with the treatment plan they had for me. They were very honest and I could tell they really cared about their patients. I had two stem cell treatments for neuropathy and neck stenosis . Im excited to see what kind of results I will have in the next several months. While I was there I met a family from Texas that were there the week prior and already had one treatment done. One gentleman had uncontrollable hand shaking from Parkinson's . And his daughter in law couldn't walk without assistance from severe rheumatoid arthritis. When I got there and met them the gentleman had very mild hand shaking and the daughter in law could walk on her own. This was a week later after their treatment. I seen it for myself. I was amazed! Real people real stories! I would highly recommend Zignagenix! I would also highly recommend contacting Manny and go to their Tijuana clinic . A year and a half after treatment
It's been a year and a half since my stem cell/exosomes/prp treatment at ZignaGenix. I'm an active 74 year old man. I surf, golf, workout and lead a healthy lifestyle. That includes diet, very little alcohol, sermorelin peptide and testosterone injections. What I've found since my treatment is that I'm able to do more strength and mobility exercise for my legs with significantly less pain (and sometimes no pain) than I had before treatment. I can even just walk more without pain which had been impossible prior. I had surgery for left knee ACL blowout in 1980. Since then I have been very active until about 8-10 years ago the cartilage wear and tear as well as some age-related arthritis made certain activities nearly impossible. Now I do static and dynamic squats with increased weights among other leg exercises like lunges and side hops, etc. The net result is that my joints are protected by increasing muscle/tendon/ligament strength. Am I totally plain-free? No. But I beat up my legs daily/weekly and normal recovery would be in order regardless. Any pain I experience cycles up and down in intensity, with no pain fairly common nowadays.

Treatment for my Autistic son
Earlier this year, our son was finally diagnosed with autism after years of not having a clear diagnosis. While the news was difficult, we also felt a sense of relief in finally having answers. My name is Shola. I am from Northern BC in Canada. Having suffered with extreme debilitating knee pain since I was 31, it was very challenging to manage. My Experience with ZignaGenix Tijuana
Diagnosed with Stage IV prostate cancer with bone metastases in April 2024. I was not interested in traditional treatments such as hormonereplacement therapy (HRT) or chemotherapy. Instead, I turned to alternative therapies, beginning with Rick Simpson Oil and naturopathic supplements. Over the next year and a half, I added Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Vitamin B17, Artemisinin, turmeric, and several others. My bloodwork has shown concerning trends: continually rising PSA levels, a declining red blood cell count, and a low Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC). I came across research by Dr. Soon-Shiong highlighting that a prolonged ALC below 1000 can shorten lifespan. Reviewing my own results, mine had been under 1000 for several months. I reached out to a supportive relative and shared my data. He suggested I look into ZignaGenix, a company specializing in stem cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells. After researching their work, I felt this could be the right path for me. NK Cells are designed to strengthen the immune system by boosting white blood cell counts and targeting diseased cells—without harming healthy ones. (I’m still thinking about thatbreakfast buffet!). Next time, I’ll make sure to take advantage of their massages, too. As for the treatments themselves, everything went smoothly. I experienced mild eveninginflammation, but it was unclear whether that was due to diet, activity, or the therapy itself.Otherwise, I had no complications. I plan to have my blood work rechecked in about a month, which will determine my next steps. I'll update this review.

You can't go wrong you're getting your treatment here. Everything is top drawer. The shuttle service from San Diego made things super easy and we got there we were greeted by friendly staff with all kinds of food and you could make your custom food order for breakfast or lunch. The doctors were very attentive and highly professional.

From airport arrival to departure, care was taken to help navigate us from place to place including friendly contacts by text and phone. The Clinic is so beautiful with staff who greet you at the door. The Doctor answered all questions and explained the process all along. He and the staff worked well together. It's too early to report results, but I'm optimistic they will be beneficial. I was in a pedestrian vs car accident 8 months ago still recovering from left arm and hip fractures. Be advised: plan to take time to recover gently. They will tell you more.

I give them 5 stars. I went on August 3 to have stem cells done. Being a single woman, I was extremely scared. I had spoken with Ana who took all my medical information, etc. I had so many concerns about crossing the border and it being safe. Their driver had picked me up San Diego airport and I spent first night in San Diego. The next morning, the driver pick me up at the hotel And we went to Tijuana Mexico. Crossing over was nothing wasn’t asked for ID. Nothing we just drove through. After I had received treatment, the driver had taken me back to the San Diego airport. The driver informed us he had a medical pass that they had paid for and so much per person going thru customs.. All we did was show our passport or ID to the border patrol said thank you and that was it. We did stand in line to leave about 10 minutes. We were not searched. We were not hassled in anyway. I felt more safe than being in my hometown. I hope this helps someone that has the fear of going over there. My whole trip, hotel stay back-and-forth to have Stem Cell, Everything was extremely safe.

Too Soon to Tell
First, it is really way too soon to evaluate the effectiveness of this therapy. It has been one week, and check back with me at the end of August for a fair evaluation of the benefits. That said, the procedure went smoothly and began with some kind of mega vitamin infusion. I didn't know this would be part of the therapy, and I would like to have learned exactly which supplements and what dosages were included in this bright yellow fluid. The staff was friendly and professional. A bp check after the stem cell infusion alerted me to a high bp problem which I addressed the next morning, and I am grateful to have learned of it before it became worse. I was advised to be prepared to spend 3-5 hours at the clinic, but the entire procedure actually took about one hour. I am looking forward to a big boost in wellbeing and anti-aging benefits, but after one week, nothing yet, and I will withhold evaluation of the benefits of this expensive procedure for another month.
