Do not buy their mats. The communication is terrible. I ordered a mat two weeks ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. When I followed up, they kept giving excuses and repeatedly asking if I still wanted it. I confirmed multiple times that I did want the mat, yet they continued to ask the same question. It felt like being stuck in a loop.Very poor communication overall. Stay away!
Do not do business with this company. I ordered my mat a month ago and was given fake shipping information! I attempted to email “customer service” multiple times asking for corrected shipping info and got no response. I asked for a refund of my money and they still didn’t respond. I ended up disputing the transaction with my bank due to their lack of communication and the day after I filed my claim I got a shipping notification telling me UPS got the package. So the original shipping emails were fake and they were planning on taking my money and not sending the mat. Do not do business with them. It’s extremely convenient they only shipped it to me after I stopped payment with the bank. And of course I never got an email response explaining what happened, or giving me my refund. All they care about is taking your money…even if they don’t send your order. And now that they conveniently mailed it the day after my bank contacted them, I’m not getting my refund because they don’t want to do the right thing. Don’t waste your time or money on this.

I never received my mat. I reached out and was told, apparently by the owner, delays because of tariffs. Then a month later they said it arrived and would ship soon. A month later I wrote a negative review that they never shipped it and they offered to just refund my mat. I said yes and over two weeks later still no refund and no mat. What a horrible business
