Traveled to Milan for Inter vs AC Milan — tickets cancelled, refund promised but not returned
Purchased tickets from YourTicketNet on October 1, 2025 for the match Inter Milan vs AC Milan, scheduled for November 23, 2025 at 20:45 at Giuseppe Meazza (San Siro), Milan.We traveled specifically to Milan for this event. The tickets were later cancelled, and for about one and a half months the company kept promising a refund, but no money was returned.As a result, I had to contact my bank and initiate a Mastercard chargeback, which is currently ongoing.The payment appears as YOURTICKETNET / Boca Raton / USA on the bank statement.At the time of writing this review, the tickets are cancelled and the refund has not been received.Be prepared to involve your bank if you deal with this reseller.

I attended the Manchester City vs Chelsea match on January 4th, and everything went perfectly. I received the ticket on time, it worked without any issues at the stadium, and I was able to enjoy the match with no stress at all.

Worst service ever
Hi, i bought some footbal tickets online for Internationale Milano-Ac Milan . The order has been cancelled with one day before the game . This was on 21 nov 2025. From that time i never received a refund. And was nearly 500£. . I tried to contact them on all the available options . Nothing solved . Most probably i have to go in court to can have my money back. Worst service ever. I will never use it again

Changed my tickets on day of the game to cheaper ones and despite promising to refund the difference, they are refusing to honour it. You get the 'refund being processed soon, notified by email when conplete' rubbish. Two months later, absolutely nada. Avoid, avoid, avoid..

Excellent service. Bought 22 tickets for Real v Barca in August. They were guaranteed as 11 pairs of 2. I spoke to them but still took a leap of faith sending £16k. The comms were concise and clear. Tix were guaranteed before midnight on Saturday. Arrived about 2pm. Easy to download to wallet. All were genuine and everyone had an amazing time at “El Clasico” yesterday. Based on my experience, I can’t rate this company highly enough.

Champions League Final Tickets Never Delivered
I purchased 3 tickets for the Champions League Final in Munich through this company in February 2025, well in advance of the May event. I received a confirmation and was told my tickets were secured.Upon arriving in Munich, I contacted the company multiple times. They assured me repeatedly—via chat and email—that the tickets would be delivered the day before the game. That never happened. I kept following up and was told, again, that tickets would be delivered on game day.To my shock and disappointment, the night before the match, I received a vague email stating the tickets were canceled—no explanation, no phone call, and no real support. Their so-called “customer service” is just a chatbot with no human assistance or accountability.This was an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. We spent thousands of dollars traveling to Germany and never got into the final, despite buying tickets 5 months in advance. I was promised a refund within 2–3 weeks—which never came. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to reverse the charge, but I received no help or resolution from this company.This is not a trustworthy ticket provider—it’s a scam operation. I strongly urge anyone reading this:👉 Avoid this company at all costs.

Very bad experience — this company is basically a scamMy experience with yourticketnet.com was extremely poor. In my opinion, this company operates in a highly unethical way.I purchased two Category 1 tickets for the Roland Garros tennis final about a week and a half before the match. They initially told me I would receive my tickets 3 to 5 days before the event. Then they changed this and said I would receive the tickets latest by midnight the day before the match.In reality, I was only informed at 3:30 PM the day before the event that my tickets were no longer available. Instead, they offered me a refund or downgraded Category 2 tickets with a small compensation.By that time, ticket prices for Category 1 had skyrocketed — tickets were selling on the market for €4100 per ticket, while I had originally paid €3500 for both tickets (including a €900 service fee).It is very clear what they are doing: they are speculating with your money. They take your order without actually having the tickets, try to buy them cheaper, and if prices rise, they sell the tickets for a higher price to someone else. Then, last minute, they inform you that your tickets are "no longer available" and offer you a cheaper alternative, knowing you have no time left to find other tickets.This is a disgraceful business model that leaves customers disappointed and without real options. Absolutely not trustworthy.

Total scam
Total scam. Do not use. Paid for box tickets with perks and received much lower tier seats and cheap hospitality package. Company did not notify and did not offer any refund. Deception caught by myself only after looking up seat map. Called up company only to be told they will look into it after the event is over. More ridiculously they tried to claim these are “exclusive VIP packages” only available through them when obviously they are cheaper packages offered through the official sports website. Customer service terrible and stonewalling. I had to call up credit card company to open a dispute claim. But thus far out thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE!

I had a terrible experience with this service. They assured us in writing that we would have all seats together since I have kids. Despite asking multiple times, they guaranteed it. However, the tickets we received were not seated together.Additionally, the online description showed Category 1 tickets, but we received tickets in a Category 2 location. When seeking help from their customer service, it was impossible to reach them by phone, they never responded to emails, and their webchat was unhelpful as they stopped replying.Avoid this website! It's a scam!

No guarantee of tickets being received
In short - This is an untrustworthy service which gives you no certainty of actually receiving your tickets:- Being told that the buyers will receive the tickets on the eve of an event is totally unacceptable, particularly when Yourticket.net sits with your prepayment for weeks ahead of an event, earning the yield on the funds- And the buyer, who like me will be travelling from another continent for the event, does not have tickets in hand to finalise travel arrangements- And when asked about what assurances/guarantees the buyer has, was told that I have Yourticket.net's guarantee - What does that mean and what reliance can be placed on that- And the call agent just talks non-stop (probably tactical and trained) not giving the buyer an opportunity to say something- And then when I call the agent to order, he kills the callNothing further to be said other than to say that you should say that you should steer well clear of Yourticket.net

Did not get what I paid for
We ordered premium tickets for Manchester United game, but only standard tickets with very bad visibility were provided. No feedback given, no money return. I was demanding tickets and information earlier before the match, always only promising to be relaxed....and after wrong tickets delivered less than 24 hour before match - no chance to claim and correct. Do not buy any premium tickets, buy only the cheapest ones, there is no quarantee that you get what you paid for. Will never purchase here again

So, I was in France from Sweden
So, I was in France from Sweden and really wanted to catch the PSG vs Aston Villa game. I stumbled upon YourTicketNet, and honestly, it seemed pretty straightforward. Getting the tickets online was easy enough, and they had what I was looking for, which was great. I was a bit bummed when the tickets showed up a little later than I expected – you know, you get a bit anxious when you're traveling and waiting for something important like that! But hey, they did arrive before the match, thankfully. Overall, it was a good experience, and I had an awesome time at the game. If I'm back in France for another match, I'd probably check YourTicketNet out again.
