Shipping takes forever! Over 3 weeks and waiting!!! Buy ahead so you don’t miss out! Products are great, but shipping used to be so quick but over 3 weeks, I’m struggling to seek an answer why I should order again at the moment
Would definitely recommend this brand and especially the digestive tea. Whenever I’ve been in contact with costumer care, they’ve always been so helpful and resolved the problem
Package never arrived. Requested the full amount of money back or a new package sent. They kept 25.5% of the money and never returned it. They also never initiated sending a new package. I have been a long-term customer and enjoyed the tea a lot in the past! Biggest disappointment.
I received a confirmation email with my correct address. Now I’ve learned it was sent to the wrong address. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I checked out I used Apple Pay, then the site asked for the shipping address, I entered the CORRECT address and checked the box saying that the address was the correct one. Immediately after clicking the submit button I saw that it was going to be sent to an incorrect address. I emailed immediately (within 5 minutes MAX) and yet this mistake was still not resolved. This has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a business or with a customer service department. How does this business run this way? I was waiting for this last element to add to christmas present... now it won’t arrive in time at all.
I love tiny tea. I notice a flatter happier tummy as well as more energy. It's my go to for rebooting myself.

I like to drink this tea after a good workout. I'm starting to feel so fresh or whatever. It's not the first time I've ordered this tea, but I finally decided to write a review. They work fast, there are usually no delivery delays. You're welcome.
I can finally see my abs and stomach definition again!! This tea is my go to if I need to de bloat and tighten up around by stomac area. I love this tea! It gives me such a clean energy feeling without the mad caffeine rush you get from coffee. My skin is glowing and I have had a decrease in appetite. I don’t crave those mid afternoon snacks and my overal mood is amazing. I have been drinking this tea on and off for over 6 years and it’s my secret weapon in slimming down for Summer. Love love love this product!!!
Just purchased the GLASS TEA TUMBLER as a gift for my husband. Within 24hrs I received confirmation that my order had been processed and was on its way. The tumbler arrived the following day extremely well packaged and looks amazing. Can’t wait to give him it. Would highly recommend Tea Uk.
You really think your tea can cause weight loss or cure menstrual cramps. What a joke. I tried the tiny tea and the only thing it does is give you a caffeine fix which enables you to exercise more. But at around 40 euro a packet you can just have any black tea which will do exactly the same. Overpriced rubbish!
I'm incredibly unsatisfied with your tea's service. I have spent hundreds of dollars on your tea, and when I decide to try something new, when it's delivered it comes with a note saying that it contains gluten. I'm gluten intolerant. I can't have gluten and this warning was nowhere to be found on the website. When I used the feedback form on the website asking for a refund/exchange 3 months ago, nothing happened. No one has tried to contact me to fix this. The $60 I spent on trying this new tea was completely wasted
Let me start off by saying that I LOVE YOUR TEA and it breaks my heart to write this review. I recently bought their 28 day pack with inulin. I got my tea pack but the inulin is shipping from MORACCO. I ordered on Jan 15 and its now Feb 15. I have been in contact with their customer service and they were unhelpful. They kept telling me to look at the tracking number (which did not say anything about the package until today-where it finally reached France). NOW, they are telling me to CALL THE FRENCH POSTAL SERVICE to find out where my package is. NO Yourtea I will not be spending more money calling INTERNATIONAL. You guys should be doing that since you did not DISCLOSE that info on your website. Otherwise, I would've ordered my inulin from Amazon for half the price. I asked for a refund since its been over a month. They completely ignore the request-as if I didn't even write it. I've been with you guys since 2013. You just lost a loyal customer.
For 6yrs now I have been a huge fan of your tea. I’ve been a continuous user of the tiny tea. I experienced painful bloating & digestive issues & was in desperate need of something to help me. I read up a lot on this tea before finally deciding to order & I am so thankful that I did. Tiny tea not only assisted me with my digestive issues it helped me in the beginning of my weight loss journey. I recently decided to give the fertility tea a try because I have been struggling for years to get pregnant. I suffered a miscarriage back in 2017 & it took a huge toll on me. I figured since tiny tea worked so well for me why not try the fertility tea. Well as I’m writing this right now I am 8 weeks pregnant! After only 1 months use of the fertility tea. I of course have to give my thanks to God first but also thanks to this tea & the people who created it!! You guys are truly gifted & I am so so thankful for what y’all do!! I HIGHLY recommended this tea to anyone trying to lose weight, needing help with digestive issues, or trying to get pregnant!
Have been with tinytea for more 5 years, infact right from the beginning of their journey and i have emails and aged account to prove this! I cannot exaggerate more on how these teas changed my life.Lost weight. Skin cleared of acne. Helped my IBS. Hormones. 100% genuine company and i have had great and true results and have tried alot of companies such as lyfe tea, skinnytea etc and none of them helped apart from yourtea. The booklet in the MAN tea box is aimed at women - no pictures of men (or a man) anywhere in the booklet - just women. Why??? The box is labelled "The Man Box" so the booklet should be aimed at MEN. Your marketing people have totally missed the mark. This was given to us as a present - we won't be buying any for our male friends - it's too offensive.
I love tea, and you have it good. There are some cons, as the price ... I would like more discounts on tea. But in general I am satisfied. I hope in 2019 you will become even better, and I will continue to order excellent tea from you.
Great variety of awesome tasting teas to choose from! My favorite tea shop for sure.
I’ve tried these teas for more than 56 days. Starting with Tiny Tea and following with Skin Magic, Antioxidant and AntiC, Sleep Tea Her Tea and Man Tea. I’ve seen no changes of any kind in a good way. Paid A LOT OF MONEY for these teas but no noticeable benefits to my overall health. And now they have NOT ANYMORE FREE SHIPPING! That’s insane for the prices that are already insane for these teas, now you have to pay even the shipping for teas that make NO DIFFERENCE in your body!!! Don’t let them fool you! My advice... It’s up to you.
