Lies about items being shipped!

I ordered products and while they showed being shipped, they were not. I cancelled the order after 10 days and they continued to send the items after I cancelled. The lady on the support desk was very rude and gave the opinion of uncare.I would choose other places to shop, not zoro!

Cancelled orders

I have ordered several items for their drop ship distributor XTool, and many times, the order has been cancelled due to supplier stating they don’t have them. However, you can still buy them from the supplier, but the cost is about 25-40% higher. It’s not Zoro’s fault per se, but they are the face of the problem. I wish they would have their product liaison people get involved and not allow this to happen.

They paid for my mistake!

I misread the information and over-ordered some fuses. When I called to ask about returning the extras, I was surprised to learn Zoro would cover the cost of the return. These days, getting to talk to a human on the first try is rare, but then having them tell you they'll cover the cost of your mistake is unheard of - but don't tell Zoro. Just buy their stuff, and get fast usually fee deliveries to boot! Highly recommended!!

Bevare of this company, they have withdrawn alot of money from my wifes account without her knowing it and she havent bought anythong from this company.Fecking shameless scammers

So i am approved for net30 i go place…

So i am approved for net30 i go place my order and they keep canceling it if your not going to offer net30 then dont but dont advertise then not deliver then they respond to my reviews tell me to oh contact us at we care something email and i respond and they never ever respond back they wont help at all

BE AWARE

BE AWARE! They sell you one product but send you a different one. They deceive customers! I bought scissors based on the picture and description on their website. Unfortunately, I received a completely different pair. This has happened twice! I called customer service, but they only told me to go to FedEx to return the item. What a waste of time!

Carhartt pants

Ordered some Carhartt pants and it showed a specific delivery time and the pants in stock! Once I placed order everything changed! Pants not in stock and would not ship out for 7 plus days later! I tried to cancel order and put in for refund and here’s were the games begin! Website informed me that they needed 3 days to make sure that pants had not already been shipped which is total bs because they knew that pants were back ordered so couldn’t have shipped , I then called customer service and get the same 3 day bs, a couple days later they say shipment can’t be canceled because pants had already been shipped! This is still before the 27th of January which is when they say that my order was being shipped out of factory, when in reality they have not yet shipped out yet! Then multiple tracking orders say they will be delivered on February 3rd, 3Rd comes and goes finally received late today, This company jerks you around once you pay for your goods!

What a great supplier over the last year!!

Great prices on most things. Very accurate order fill. Free shipping . Next day delivery from Atlanta most of the time. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks so much for the quality of your work. I now always look at your parts first when I search. Keep being such a great supplier!! This is over the last year and not just one occasion!!

Amazing

Amazing! Honestly, never heard of this company. They had a shower head in a color I couldn't find anywhere. Despite winter storms and weather delays, I received my item quickly! Great service and price. Their mission of providing tools to everyone at reasonable prices is nice to see. Giving back to the community and youths, what's not to like.

I don't like Zoro it is a scam

I don't like Zoro I have never orders any thing from it. I live in Canada and I am a victim of Fraud two things were purchased using my credit card and shipped to 2 different U.S. addresses. I think Zoro is a scam.

Zoro has been great to me

Zoro has been great to me. Products always available at a competitive price. And those 10 to 15% coupons make it a even better deal along with free shipping. Customer service always very pleasant and willing to help.

Horrible experience, bait and switch with wrong product

The only thing good about this experience was shipping time. Opened the box and it was not only the wrong product but the wrong quantity. I ordered a 3 pack (CLEARLY indicated by my receipt and order confirmation) and was only shipped one unit (and not the pro version shown on the product page). I called customer service and they had me send photos and then said I would be sent "the correct item with expedited shipping". Fast forward 5 days and they emailed me and said "the vendor indicated the product is correct". HOW CAN THAT BE POSSIBLE when not only is it just a single item instead of a 3 pack, but not even the correct Pro model. I searched for and sent them the correct manufacturer model number on the Zoro.com website. Then I received the exact same reply and they said they were initiating an RMA which I never requested. Shame on them for not honoring the order as it was placed for the product advertised on their page!!
