The Wine Barrel has been outstanding! We ordered three wine racks last week, and everything was delivered promptly. Their communication has been fantastic throughout the process, and the quality of the products is excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommended!
Wine and Barrels have been excellent - from my original telephone call to the receipt of the item, (which is exactly what we wanted) they have been 5⭐️I could not believe how swiftly the item we ordered was delivered .Such excellent service is rare, so thank you !Margaret May
I ordered 4 wine fridges, and one did not work. The company refused to repair or exchange the non-functioning one. They forced me to simply buy a 5th fridge. AND, they charged me extra for taking away the broken fridge. Terrible quality products. Terrible service
Shoddy product, genuinely shocked at how poor quality these wine racks are for the price. Cheaply produced, impossible to install without it being wonky. It's literally a few quids worth of wood with improper guide holes etc. really amazed at their prices, charged me about £170 each rack - they are worth no more than £20 each.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Bought a Pevino wine cooler in 2019 at £1096 in their sale. It broke down a month ago and they say they have 'no agents in Scotland' who can look at it. Found my own and they advised that based on his assessment of 4 failed parts it would cost more to repair than replace and parts were on 4 month lead times and only 2 year warranty. After much argument they offered a new one for £849 on 3 year warranty. This is far in excess of the Which? 'best buys' on 5 years warranty which are far better quality. Feel let down and completely conned. AVOID!!
The 48 bottle wine rack when it arrived was great. Nicely designed and substantial. It looks good in our dining room. It did take longer to arrive than expected. Which is why 4 stars.
