I tried the Fish sandwich that they brought back for Lent If I would have known that it was going to be such a piece of crap i wouldn't have wasted my money..it does not compare at all to the original...sorry piece of Fish if that's what they call it and doesn't look anything like the original and does not have the taste...YUK

It's a shame I waited 1 hour in line…

It's a shame I waited 1 hour in line just to get a breakfast bowl combo!! I arrived at 1 am and left at 2 am.This is ridiculous!!! The staff for overnight zIS SLOWWW!! The drive thru had moring 20 cars n the lobby was equal!! Never Again EVER!!!

Thank God, Whataburger is now in South Carolina!

In my opinion, Whataburger makes the best hamburgers in the country! Their breakfast menu is excellent also. Thankfully, recently, Whataburger has opened restaurants in South Carolina, upstate area. It has been a dream come true for me! The restaurants here are open 24 hours a day. The only criticism that I might have is the amount of time it takes to receive an order. In Texas, the orders were processed faster. The restaurant competition here has faster service and I’m sure it will impact the stores profits. I hope that something they can work on! I’m just thankful that we have them locally!

Don’t load money onto their app.

The burgers are great, but don’t ever load money into their app. I had $25 on my app loaded. I tried to make an order that was just barely over $25. It doesn’t give you the option to use two different payment methods. So if I wanted to use my $25, I had to load more money on the app to complete the order. I selected the option to add more money thinking I was going to just add $0.30. I selected to add more money from my PayPal expecting to get the option to select what amount to load and from which bank account on my PayPal. It automatically took $25 from my bank account that didn’t have any money without my permission.

Rudest manager I’ve ever met

I entered the El Paso, George Dieter location and really had to use the bathroom. A code was needed to get in so I waited in line to get my order taken. I am a regular whataburger customer and get the same thing every single time. A number 7 with just CHEESE and ketchup. I’ve been ordering the same thing for years, have never said anything different.A woman took my order. I asked “can I get a number 7 with just cheese a ketchup”. And I could admit when I’m in the wrong, but in this situation, I did indeed ask for cheese on my burger. I don’t know if you guys have cameras that you can look at to prove that I did ask for cheese. I paid, then asked “do you have a code to the bathroom” and she said “yea but I need to put it in for you.” So I said “okay” then waited. She seemed like she was in a rush, stressed, busy, and trying to multitask. So she was super rude and short. I then proceeded to wait for her to take 4 orders while I stood there still having to use the restroom. My stomach was hurting due to how bad I had to go to the bathroom and how long I had been waiting. She then made eye contact with me and continued on with her duties. So I went up again to the register and said “I just need to use the bathroom” and she told me “oh yea just give me a sec” so I proceeded to wait even longer. Finally she ordered some other worker to open it for me. I returned to my table and my burger did not have cheese on it. I checked my receipt and it did not have cheese written on it, but I know that I did ask for it. So I stoped worker number 1 and told him “im sorry I asked for cheese on my burger” and he said “oh let me fix that for you” very kind. And I waited…. then told worker number 2 the same thing. She told me that she would help me, so I waited even longer. When no one helped me I went up to the register again and met with the same woman (the manager) who took my order and took forever to let me use the bathroom. I told her politely “im sorry but I asked for cheese on my burger” and she looked me up and down and told me, “no you didn’t” so I told her “I promise you, I asked for cheese” and she told me again “no you didn’t” and she said “I’ll charge you for it” and proceeded to try and gaslight me and charge me 54 cents to add cheese. She wanted to put the cheese on the COLD burger I was holding, and didn’t even have the courtesy to provide me with a new burger. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. Which disappointed me even more to realize that your management is that disrespectful to paying customers. I was very kind and would’ve been understanding if she would’ve just owned up to making a mistake, but instead she looked at me like I was an idiot. I don’t think that it’s fair that paying customers have to argue over something that could’ve been so fixable. Do you guys not follow the rule “the customer is always right” ?????? I ended up leaving super disappointed and having paid for something I didn’t ask for. She did not give me any sort of refund.Every restaurant I’ve been to in the past, including other Whataburger locations and that same location under different management, they have always been kind and apologize for any misunderstanding on their part. That manager is no role model, lacks customer service, is unkind, and I don’t know if that’s what you want representing your restaurant. I will not be returning to that location due to the terribly poor management. I’m writing this in hopes that it doesn’t happen to anyone else, and due to the fact that I didn’t want to make a scene. Please do something about it. The location I attended is 1310 George Dieter St.El Paso, TX 79936, United States. It says on my receipt that my cashier was “Elihud L” but it was a woman who claimed to be the manager. She was wearing all black.

Restaurant 1519

Restaurant 1519. The pop dispenser nozzles needed cleaning!! Pop NOT mixing correctly this time or last.Counter person visiting with customer while 3 more waited in line. Hopefully, you can find somebody smart enough to clean the nozzles which is a job the people working there SHOULD know how to do by themselves!!!!!!! Your AI has it WRONG, CHECK the pop machine!!!!

The service is really bad the GM is very rude Everytime I go to whaterburger my I ordered is never done right the first time. Just because I am a disabled senior my money is just as good as anyone else the whaterburger 116 Buckner

How could Whataburger have 2.7 stars?

I go to the Whataburger at 1560 N Cokrell Hill Dr in Dallas pretty often and I am always happy with it. It's one of those location where the food is consistently good, no surprises in a bad way. My go to is the Honey Butter chicken biscuit and it never disappoints. The chicken is always hot nad crispy, the biscuit is oft and the honey butter just works every single time! And even when it's busy, the orders come out right and the food tastes fresh. Not rushed at all. That's why I give 5 stars all day!

Went at 5 am to get a jr burger & pie. No car before me at drive thru. Worse burger & pie I have eaten Burger buns were cold just out of pkg. and even pie was cold. Thumbs down

Onion rings ?!!!!!

My sister and I went to whataburger yesterday both of our favorite thing now is onion rings ,so we got their onion rings ,they were amazing !!!!! The best onion rings we have ever eaten ! The batter stayed on when you bit them and the onions were just right we said they are our favorite

Got ordered delivered from Uber eat yesterday and they did pick up from 2 different restaurants and they messed up my order I ordered all large sides got all small sides and made burger wrong

This is my 5th time today going to your…

This is my 5th time today going to your restaurant on Pelham Road, Greenville, SC. Every single time, literally every time, I have received cold food and bad service. Not once have I been given warm, fresh food, and good service. I have not had any issues with either when visiting the one on Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC. This is my 5th and final time visiting the restaurant on Pelham Road. It is extremely convenient for me but 5 times is more than enough times to "give a place a try".

They can improve by getting the order…

They can improve by getting the order right. You'd get 5 stars if you would have added the avocado on the burger as ordered. Got burger and it was good but not one slice of avocado and the paper the burger was wrapped in even had the avocado sticker on it.

New girl at the drive thru wasn’t ready…

New girl at the drive thru wasn’t ready for prime time. Asked for name 3 times. My name is Chuck. Receipt said Jeff. Ordered a sausage bob. Received a combo. She repeated “black coffee” three times after I asked for half and half. Girl at second window handed me a black coffee and receipt said same. Line at drive thru wasn’t long but wait time was. There was obvious confusion. Probably lack of help.

Your “ 75cent whataburger birthday special is an absolute scam. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Went there, SAID YOU HAD TO BE A “REWARDS” customer and then even if you were a rewards customer that IT WAS ONLY ONE PER CUSTOMER….SMH….I will tell all my friends n family what a scam!!! You just lost a customer for life….
