Mixed up Shipping and Billing addresses

When I was making the order, I noticed that the shipping and billing addresses were mixed up. (They were automatically added due to past purchases) I took the time to make it right so that my order would be shipped and billed correctly. However, they got mixed up again. I'm not sure what happened, but I DID get my order. It was a hassle to have to go to another address and to take the billing to correct address. Please check into your systems to see if the wording is mixed up on the prompts for the customer. I did my due diligence to ensure it was correct before submitting the order. I remember because it was frustrating to have to enter the information instead of it being correct automatically. Thank you for looking into this, and for fast delivery.

Personalized customer service

Great help choosing a keyboard for my songwriting. It wasn’t in stock and had to be special ordered, and they even reached out personally to make sure I was aware it might be three weeks (I was). Great experience with West!

Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue with payment via the website and chatted with the AI assistant. It was not able to resolve the issue. I received personal follow up from a customer service rep via email and they offered other suggestions. When I was able to successfully place my order, the CSR not only followed up, but looked into my order and let me know that it had already shipped that same day.

Good experience

I read the bad reviews, but it was the only place that had the percussion shakers I wanted. I received them by mail promptly and they followed my instructions I included in the order. The price was reasonable too. So, I was pleasantly surprised.

Terrible customer service...

I took a guitar amp in several years ago (5 maybe?). Had to pay $40 cash in advance. The next week, the kid said he opened up the amp and could see the part that needed replaced but he knew he couldn't get one. But he charged me and kept the $40 anyway. OK, I didn't argue but I didn't go back for years. Now, water under the bridge I thought so a few weeks ago I called and emailed West Music asking if they had anyone that could repair amps. They increased the "up front bench fee" to $65 ( $30 more than any other store in Iowa) and now charge "only $90 per hour", their words, ($30 more than any other). I told them what I needed done and asked for an estimate and they still have not bothered to respond. Too many customers I guess. Anyway, I found someone else that builds amplifiers and he did it for $50 total. Look somewhere else before going to West Music in Coralville. Horrible customer service, over charging and no work ethic at all. I shop on line exclusively because of them and I have been playing music for over 50 years. Guitar, violin, piano, bass. guitar.
