Patrick went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were only able to come to the location on a weekend given our work schedule and he was more than willing to accommodate. He made sure the pieces we were interested in were set up to view. He made the experience and the sale and was willing to work with us. We did not feel pressured. We are very happy with our purchase and would consider more items in the future as needs arise.

Misleading Promotional Mailing
I responded to a mailing promising up to 30% savings on the entire collection of premium teak furniture. Clicked through, and went to the page with umbrellas where I selected their 6' x 10' umbrella and then added a base. Base was $594 and the "umbrella" was $1581. Seemed like a reasonable price at 30% off list. Turns out, $1,581 was for the umbrella fabric only, no actual umbrella in the order. After receiving two packages, one with the base and the other with the fabric I called up to ask where's the umbrella. That's when they broke the news to me that my order did not include an actual umbrella.The mishap was blamed on "user error". I should have realized the $1,581 was only for the fabric!!! That's right, blame your customers for your poorly designed ordering system.

High Quality Teak Recliner Patio Chair
We searched high and low for an amazing teak recliner and tripped across Westminster Teak. Their ratings convinced us to give them a try for such an important purchase. Their website presented the materials and pictures so we could get an understanding how it would fit. The check out process was easy and fast. The item was so well packed it arrived in great condition without any damage. It also arrived fast. We love it in our new steambath and it's perfect for relaxing with the multiple angles after a long stressful day. We are considering getting a set of these for our outside patio now. They are very high quality.
