I had the please of speaking over the phone with an appraiser by the name of Edwin & Vadym at the front desk. They we both very courteous & made the process as smooth as possible. I was in & out within an hour, with a FAIR deal & a check printed on the spot. I appreciate their service & is recommend them for any car buying/selling business.

This past weekend, I had my second transaction selling a high-end car with AutoBuy, and like the first experience, the second experience was equally as great. The initial number was a little too low, but we ultimately agreed to a number that was mutually acceptable. Having tested the market with other wholesalers, AutoBuy beat them all. Although I could have held onto the car and tried to sell it to a private buyer for more, the reality is that it just wasn’t worth the time or energy to do so. Interestingly enough, I had tried to list the car on a well-known site, but before the listing went live, their customer service people emailed me to say that they would decline listing the car on their platform unless I lowered the reserve price significantly, which I wasn’t willing to do since I knew that even wholesalers would have given me more. The entire experience with that site was miserable. Every photo had to be resized to conform with their requirements and when they told me they refused to list the car unless I lowered the reserve to a price that was lower than what I was certain I could sell the car to anyone for, something didn’t sit right with me. In the end, AutoBuy was by far, the best option with both cars and although they specialize in less expensive cars, they definitely hit the mark both times around. Special thanks to Gubazi, the appraiser at AutoBuy. Gubazi is very knowledgeable, competent, professional and he delivers a level of customer service that is unlike most in the industry.
