Late pickup 20mins all the time
Not really trusted taxi firm. They're always 20 minutes late on every booking. Three booked taxis a day all 20 minutes late , shock 😲. Rang the controller but she said they busy but morning, afternoon and night all late fir 20 minutes. Controller sounded nonchalant on the phone each time I called ask for the driver's where abouts. Please, make this service better. Drivers say their preference is cash and they are reluctant to take cards.. please fix this issue. Poor customer service and lateness will damage reputation.

If I could leave zero stars I would, but it's not possible hence 1 star.We (my family, friends and I) have used this taxi firm for years, and have always received a good service, however, tonight I booked a taxi and received a follow up text telling me the car and registration of said car has ARRIVED, and to get ready for pick up, BUT, said taxi never arrived so I rang the base to enquire what was happening only to be in insulted by the base operator, who told me I'd got to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes and when I questioned it I was told f* off you b*, I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed at this as we have always used and were pleased with this taxi firms service, I suggest they make sure there employees know how to speak to all ( & regular) customers correctly, and NOT insult them, when I asked to speak to a manager I was again told to f-off, hence me ringing another taxi firm, I have spent many £££ using this company on an almost daily basis but no more...I received a better fare and service from another local taxi firm which I will be using in the future.I will also be telling my family and friends of my experience with Wednesfield taxis and to avoid this company due to the insulting base operator, I must reiterate that this whole debacle is down to ONE base operator who in fact I'd never spoken to before but I'm very annoyed and disappointed that this 'individual' who insulted me has in fact lost Wednesfield taxis many loyal 'big spending regular' customers.FOLLOW UP COMMENT:-(27/11/2023)I contacted the firm the next morning explaining what insulting behaviour and language I had received, and have received nothing, ZERO, ziltch of an apology or (if there is one) an explanation....So....bye bye Wednesfield taxis!

Unreliable when you really need them.
I use them mostly for big shopping, but for timed appointments forget it unreliable. They have booked wrong pick up and drop offs points and even drove past pick ups on important medical appointments.

Worst customer service possible.
Ordered a taxi which drove right past me, even though I tried to flag it down. I called the driver straight away and told him he drove past me and asked him to come back. It took him 10minutes to return. Due to his lateness I missed my medical appointment. I told him to pull over and let me out as there was no point in continuing. He didn't ask me for the fare £4.70 and I thanked him for that. I thought he was doing me a good deed as this was HIS fault. 2minutes later I get a phone call from the office from some incredibly rude 'woman' who was very abusive, called me a liar and wouldn't listen to a word I said. Said she would report me to the police, so I went in myself as I was a 1min walk away, and reported the incident. I will NEVER use this taxi firm again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
