Customer service is apalling
Customer service is apalling. Complete waste of time trying to report faults or get technical support. All communications come from a bot who has plainly been programmed to gaslight all customers. All you get is automated garbage that does nothing but waste your time and make you wish you'd never bought a wacom product.

Great products but they need to start…
Great products but they need to start providing cables WITH the product. You need to be an PC cable expert to figure out which ones to get and how if you are on a desktop Despite marketing saying “delivers everything you need”.Their 2025 Cintiq tablets use mid end mini-HDMI which is a huge annoyance as they are very hard to find. But modern PCs with GPUs only have 1 HDMI with rest being DisplayPort which is likely to already be used up. Mini-HDMIs to DisplayPort’s do not exist but should do.Unless you have a laptop with the correct type of USB-C, you are fine. But screw desktop workers in industry you need them for work. So, I was having to buy 2 separate cables (adapter and cable for this to connect. They should really start using mini-DisplayPort or something that is not mini-HDMI.

Device does not come with necessary…
Device does not come with necessary cords to attach to many PCs, but instead of supplying an inexpensive converter you have to buy their $70 unit. Poor design features two USB-C that must both be connected if you are fortunate enough to not be forced to purchase the additional converter. This would not have been purchased if I had known the hassle this would turn out to be.

Product still not working after a month
We have spent many hours trying to get this birthday present for my daughter to work and are still waiting on Wacom to deliver a critical 'connector'. The website support for the product (One 14) is very unclear and we tried ordering new Wacom cables which didn't work. We spoke with customer service who incorrectly advised a new cable but a second call advised we needed a "connector" box. This is only available from wacom and was out of stock. We placed an order when notified it was back in stock 10 days ago and are still waiting.

Stay AWAY!!
Great products, absolutely terrible website/service. I placed an order for a tablet for a Christmas present. They immediately charged my Visa but I received no email confirming the purchase or what the order status was. When I went on their website again it just says 'on hold' with no explanation. No one has responded to my phone call or email. I will be calling Visa to reverse the charges and in the meantime I just found the same tablet elsewhere with free shipping.

Long time digital artist in the video…
Long time digital artist in the video game industry and Wacom user. In general, I love their products and this should've been a 5 stars review. But it seems that Wacom uses FedEx as a delivery service and I strongly believe that any respectable company shouldn't use such a useless delivery service.

Awful company
Bought a pen tablet that died within months of light use. "Customer support" spent dozens of e-mails wasting my time, repeating the same questions and insisting my perfectly good proof of purchase wasn't good enough. Wacom is a scam company.

Wacom is a great product with horable customer service. Had my daughters 16 for 6 months and it stopped showing the screen, blank screen. Still under the 12 month warranty. They first said it was the cord then took me through the wringer to prove it including send a video of me trying it witch conveniently never received!!!!?!?! Then I bought a new cord which conveniently didn't fix the problem then made me send the unit back to them . $60 dollars because I also had to pay for the return. It's been two weeks and haven't gotten it back yet!!! I give up!!! Do you self a favor and buy something anything else.. PS. I have never written a bad review of anything else in my life.

Scam
Ordered replacement nibs. Wacom won't ship the item. They also refuse to cancel and refund. So they have taken my money, won't send me the item, and won't refund. This should not be allowed.

I want to start out by saying that i really love and enjoy using my Wacom Intuos Pro Tablet, when it worked.. I am a filmmaker & photographer and also a Apple developer beta tester.. I recently updated my MacBook Pro M3 late into the macOS 26 beta cycle (beta 7) and my table completely stopped working..! as a company I would have thought that Wacom "WOULD" be testing your products and software drives in readiness for this upcoming macOS release..!! this lack of early implementation, is completely woeful..!!! I am incredibly disappointed and it has severely interfered with my work..!!! if I can give this review zero, I would..!!!!!

Be wary of Wacom!
I'm giving them 1 star because it's not possible to give zero. We bought a Wacom One tablet via Amazon (Wacom's page), and it's not fit for purpose, so it's being returned. It's described as:"EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET STARTEDAll models come with everything you need to get started with your creative hobby."Fun fact: That does not include a connector for a PC, even though it's sold as PC compatible. After using their support pages and spending even more money on a 3-in-1 connector and requisite cables, I was still getting no display. This led to a nearly two-hour chat with WACOM support before finally being told,"The connection won't work with a third-party 3.1 cable".Here's the thing- it can only be bought separately (for over £50 !!!) and they won't even tell you that, they leave you to struggle. If you buy the display plus a 3-in-1 direct it's about £530 (even then they leave you to guess). If you buy the display 'with cables' from their Amazon page, it's £580 - and they leave the essential cable out and want another £56, making it over £100 more expensive for what, really, is a cheap connector. The problem is they assume you will only use the device/bundle on a smartphone (!) or laptop with integrated graphics (why would you!?).PC with a dedicated GPU needs a 3-in-1 connector. And it has to be THEIR £50+ connector. (In the UK this is false advertising)All in all, this experience was REALLY frustrating and feels like they are fleecing you. A look at all the reports of this same issue - going back at least 5 years - will tell you how common it is - and, seemingly, how little they care!

RESPECT FOR WACOM IS GONE
I’ve used Wacom tablets for years—originally for design work, then simply as a daily mouse alternative—so I had high expectations when I purchased this one. Unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience.I tried to get this tablet working on three different operating systems: macOS (latest version), Fedora KDE Plasma, and Linux Mint Cinnamon (which I was told was the most Wacom-compatible). The issue was consistent across all of them. Tapping only worked about 40% of the time—sometimes it would register on the 2nd attempt, sometimes the 10th, or not at all. Dragging windows didn’t work either; instead, it would just highlight parts of the screen.Despite having an open customer support ticket for weeks, Wacom would not allow a return. Tech support repeatedly told me it was a driver issue and pointed me to generic Linux documentation, completely ignoring the fact that the problem occurred identically on macOS.This isn’t about Linux support—it’s about a defective product and a company unwilling to stand by it. After years of respecting Wacom’s brand and reliability, I’m left with an expensive paperweight and the feeling that customer loyalty no longer counts for much. I won’t be purchasing from Wacom again.

My Experience with Wacom: A Birthday Gift That Turned Into a Nightmare
I chose to purchase a Wacom tablet as a birthday gift to myself — something that would allow me to work around a shoulder injury and continue enjoying activities I otherwise couldn’t. I’ve held Wacom in high regard for over 35 years, believing them to be best-in-class when it comes to drawing tablets.Unfortunately, my recent experience with Wacom has been nothing short of dreadful. My first interaction with Wacom’s own team was shocking. They had no idea about the availability of their new products and gave inconsistent, often wild explanations for why there was no stock and no expected dates.Determined, I purchased a tablet from Amazon. It arrived dead on arrival, so I returned it and requested an exchange. This exchange process turned into a nightmare when Amazon accused me of fraud — refusing to refund me — simply because the product was defective.I tried again. I bought another Wacom tablet. It too was dead on arrival. That return, and Wacom’s handling of it, is the main reason for this review.I bought yet another. This one did work — technically — but by that point, I truly regretted having anything to do with a company so careless and incompetent. I am now preparing to return this one too.As a UK resident, sending a return to Germany (where Wacom’s returns are processed) requires commercial invoices attached to the outside of the parcel — a standard post-Brexit requirement. I provided all the paperwork Wacom instructed me to supply. However, I flagged multiple times that their documentation was incomplete. I was ignored repeatedly, especially by two individuals, John Samson and Isabella. Now, my package is stuck with UPS customs. I have requested from Wacom the additional information UPS needs, yet they simply do not respond or assist. To make matters worse, I purchased the tablet using PayPal’s “Pay in 3” instalment plan. Because this is an unregulated credit agreement, escalating a complaint through PayPal will negatively impact my credit history. At a minimum, I am likely going to have to pay all three instalments before I can even ask PayPal for help. The most disturbing part is that I have since discovered this is a known pattern with Wacom. Numerous reviews report that Wacom sets up returns to fail at customs, forcing customers to either give up or have the item returned to them — freeing Wacom from any refund obligation. This experience has severely impacted my mental health. What was meant to be a gift to myself has been utterly destroyed. I have informed Wacom of the toll this has taken on my wellbeing, but they have shown no empathy and have simply ignored me.The number of negative reviews I have since read about Wacom is truly worrying. I only wish I had seen them earlier. The following people at Wacom have been dreadful unhelpful with offers of help and resolutions being u-turned repeatedly. *redacted*The following board members chose to not reply when emailed about my experiences with their company. * 12 names redacted *The 97% 1-star reviews on TrustPilot are there for a reason, this is an awful company. Please do not disregard their warnings, I did and I really regret doing so. *edit**redacted* who previously issued me with a return label for another customer’s order and is still insisting that he gave me the correct return label.Note when they say ‘I will now transfer the details to the relevant department. We will get back to you as shortly as possible. We appreciate your’. what this actually means is ‘we have now swept the problem under the carpet and you will not be hearing back from us on the matter’. I will soon be ghosted by them, as per the many reviews along the lines of this. This man has caused me to vomit multiple times through the anxiety of speaking with someone who ignores everything you say.*edit*Wacom have had my Reddit post to this effect removed and I have been issued a warning on there. Please do not overlook the many warnings about this awful company. *edit*The lady who refused to accept the documentation was incomplete refuses to accept any responsibility for this or aspect of my experiences. *edit*UPS say this is all out of their control now. This is all because Wacom refused to provide the correct return documentation despite my repeatedly telling them. Wacom are an awful company! If they had any class or style they would issue my refund early. *edit*Wacom are now trying to argue that the same incomplete documentation from the earlier order stuck at customs is valid for the second return. This company are awful, they make me very unwell.

Wacom just ends support for older…
Wacom just ends support for older tablets. There are no drivers available any more. I use an Intuos 5 tablet on a daily basis, and it worked always perfectly for me. But today, not any more. Wacom suggests 'consider a newer version', but I don't want to replace a good product; it's expensive and also not sustainable, from an environmental point of view.

Ordered from Wacom.com
Ordered from Wacom.com, and paid with PayPal. PayPal sent normal transaction confirmation email, and so did my card company for the card linked to PayPal. Wacom send "cancelled order" email. Both PayPal and my card company said the transaction was 100% completed and normal.Update: Exchanged chat/email with Wacom support. They confirmed order was cancelled because the didn't get the money. And that was that. I complained that this was a problem with their bank or payment processor, not me, not paypal, not my creditcard. They stuck to their story. But I end up getting a tracking number, from them, which makes no sense. But I did in fact get the tablet. So strange. They're telling me the order is cancelled, but then somehow later I still get a tracking order and got my order. They are obviously suffering some internal disorder. Stay polite and keep working on them, and maybe you'll get lucky too.

I paid €4,040 via SEPA Express Bank…
I paid €4,040 via SEPA Express Bank Transfer for a Wacom Cintiq 27 Pro. Wacom confirmed the payment, then later denied ever receiving it. They ignored all my emails and refused to resolve the issue.I had to escalate the matter further just to get a response. After researching, I found hundreds of similar complaints ignored refunds, defective products, and horrible support.Never pay Wacom via bank transfer. If you ever have an issue, expect zero help. Better alternatives exist avoid Wacom at all costs.

Doesn't work with Windows 10
I bought a lowly Intuos Draw back around 2018 when I was studying game design. I was told Wacom was the only name in tablets. It worked away fine in Windows 7 but Windows 10? - forget it. I've watched the tutorials on YouTube and I don't want to become a programmer! That they actually have the cheek to label it as Windows 10 compatible tells me all I need to know about Wacom as a company. As for the industry fanboys, well, it's not their own money ...UPDATE 12th. Jan: After a lost week (doesn't work with Windows 7 or 10) I did myself a favour and took a bolt cutters to it. I will now spend my money on non - fanboy alternative that works!

Still have my old and trusted Wacom intuos 4. So easy to work with and makes your wrist much more comfortable than working in Photoshop for hours with a mouse.Really a good recommendation.

Not usefull
Worst case of big headed designers not actually think about what the tool is used for. Set up does not work, if eventually tablet is linked to a computer it does not work in any application and there is no "support" for set (the "how to set up" page starts with "where to by product" goes on to "What is adaptive scrolling" and "what does pen button do" - mind you there are two buttons and support does not know about the second and goes on what other useful features do, but how to set up the product to use those features is not there.Avoid and get better pen pads from any source (even Chinese)
